Abstract

본 발명은 승용차에 측면충돌이 가해질 때 그 충격에너지를 도어와 사이드 씰내에서 흡수하도록 하는 승용차의 측면충돌 보강구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 구성은 중간에 단차가 형성되고 전방에 하향으로 길게 플랜지(1)가 형성되며 이 플랜지(1)의 연장부(2)가 상기 단차에 용접되는 단면형상의 제1보강부재(3)를 측면충돌에 대한 충격에너지의 1차흡수가 가능하게 도어외측패널(4) 하단과 도어내측패널(5) 하단내에 용접하고, 충격하중 작용방향으로 양측에 경사면을 이루고 그 중간과 사이드 씰 내측패널(8)간에 지지부재(7)가 충격하중 작용방향으로 용접되는 단면형상의 제2보강부재(6)를 사이드 씰 외측패널(9) 상단 방향으로의 충격에너지의 1차흡수와 상기 제1보강부재(3)의 침입에 따른 2차흡수의 동시작용이 가능하게 상기 사이드 씰 내측패널(8) 상하단에 용접시킨 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 중간에 단차가 형성되고, 전방에 하향으로 길게 플랜지가 형성되며 이 플랜지의 연장부가 상기 단차에 용접되는 단면형상의 제1보강부재를 측면충돌에 대한 충격에너지의 1차흡수가 가능하게 도어외측패널 하단과 도어내측패널 하단내에 용접하고, 충격하중 작용방향으로 양측에 경사면을 이루고 그 중간과 사이드 씰 내측패널간에 지지부재가 충격하중 작용방향으로 용접되는 단면형상의 제2보강부재를 사이드 씰 외측패널 상단 방향으로의 충격에너지의 1차흡수와 상기 제1보강부재의 침입에 따른 2차흡수의 동시작용이 가능하게 상기 사이드 씰 내측패널 상하단에 용접시킨 승용차의 측면충돌 보강구조.
