Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 시트벨트에 관한 것으로, 특히 차량의 사고시 시트벨트로부터 받는 충격을 감쇄시켜서 벨트착용자의 상해를 방지하도록 한 차량의 시트벨트 충격감쇄장치에 관한 것으로, 상부 앵커브래킷에 걸어져 일단이 이머젼시 록킹 리트렉터에 고정되고 타단이 센터필라(30)측에 고정됨과 동시에 텅플레이트가 개재되어 시트의 일측에 고정된 시트벨트 버클에 잠금, 해제 가능하게 되어 있는 시트벨트(10)에 있어서, 상기 센터필라(30)의 하부에 체결수단에 의해 고정된 가이드 레일(40)과, 이 가이드 레일(40)에 고정된 플레이트(50)와, 상기 가이드 레일(40)의 소정 구간에서 이동가능하고 동시에 플레이트(50)의 절결부(52)에 형성된 경사면(52b)을 가압하는 안내핀(70)을 구비하여 연결구(60)를 매개로 상기 시트벨트(10)와 연결 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상부 앵커브래킷에 걸어져 일단이 이머젼시 록킹 리트렉터에 고정되고 타단이 센터필라(30)측에 고정됨과 동시에 텅플레이트가 개재되어 시트의 일측에 고정된 시트벨트 버클에 잠금, 해제 가능하게 되어 있는 시트벨트(10)에 있어서, 상기 센터필라(30)의 하부에 체결수단에 의해 고정된 가이드 레일(40)과, 이 가이드 레일(40)에 고정된 플레이트(50)와, 상기 가이드 레일(40)의 소정 구간에서 이동가능하고 동시에 플레이트(50)의 절결부(52)에 형성된 경사면(52b)을 가압하는 안내핀(70)을 구비하여 연결구(60)를 매개로 상기 시트벨트(10)와 연결 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 시트벨트 충격감쇄장치.
