Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 충돌시 충격을 완충시킬 수 있는 구조를 갖도록 한 자동차의 버퍼 충격완충구조에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 버퍼와 임팩트 빔 사이에 완충구조를 형성시켜 자동차의 충돌사고 발생시 충돌에 의한 충격이 운전자와 탑승자에게 직접 전달되지 않도록 충격을 완충시킬 수 있는 자동차의 버퍼 충격완충구조를 제공하는 것이며, 그 구성은 평면이 소정 폭을 갖고 지그재그로 절곡형성되고 일측부 소정 위치 마다 위크 포인트가 형성되는 패치를 버퍼와 임팩트 빔 사이에 밀착결합되게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

  1. 평면이 소정 폭을 갖고 지그재그로 절곡형성되고 일측부 소정 위치 마다 위크 포인트(13)가 형성되는 패치(12)를 버퍼(10)와 임팩트 빔(11) 사이에 밀착결합되게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 버퍼 충격완충구조.
