Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 범퍼구조에 관한 것으로, 자동차의 충돌시에 충격을 1차적으로 흡수하는 충격흡수재(1)에 페시아(2)가 덮어씌워져 스크류를 매개로 체결되고, 상기 충격흡수재(1)보다 강성이 높은 스틸재질로 된 충격흡수빔(3)이 충격흡수재(1)에 끼워져 지지하도록 된 자동차 범퍼에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수재(1)의 길이방향을 따른 중앙부위에 4각형상의 끼움홈(1a)이 형성되고, 상기 충격흡수빔(3)의 길이방향을 따른 중앙부위에는 알루미늄판이 여러 겹으로 접혀진 판스프링(4)의 하부가 충격흡수빔(3)에 리벳으로 체결되어, 상기 끼움홈(1a)속에 수납된 구조로 되어, 자동차가 가로수나 가로등에 충돌될 경우에 집중적으로 가해지는 충격을 보다 효과적으로 흡수해서 탑승자 등을 안전하게 보호할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 충돌시에 충격을 1차적으로 흡수하는 충격흡수재(1)에 페시아(2)가 덮어씌워져 스크류를 매개로 체결되고, 상기 충격흡수재(1)보다 강성이 높은 스틸재질로 된 충격흡수빔(3)이 충격흡수재(1)에 끼워져 지지하도록 된 자동차의 범퍼에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수재(1)의 길이방향을 따른 중앙부위에 4각형상의 끼움홈(1a)이 형성되고, 상기 충격흡수빔(3)이 길이방향을 따른 중앙부위에는 알루미늄판이 여러 겹으로 접혀진 판스프링(4)의 하부가 충격흡수빔(3)에 리벳으로 체결되어, 상기 끼움홈(1a)속에 수납된 구조로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 범퍼구조.
