Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 임팩트 빔에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 범퍼커버 내측에 설치되어 차량의 정면 충돌시에 차체를 보호하는 자동차용 임팩트 빔에 관한 것으로서, 양단에 체결곤(22a)이 형성되어 있는 수개의 임팩트바(22)와, 상기 임팩트바(22)의 양단을 지지하는 수개의 결합공(24a) 및 각각의 결합공(24a)을 동축상으로 관통하는 관통공(24b)을 갖는 지지부재(24)와, 상기 관통공(24b)과 체결공(22a)을 통해 삽입되어 임팩트바(22)를 지지부재(24)에 고정하는 체결핀(26)을 구비함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 양단에 체결공이 형성되어 있는 수개의 임팩트바와, 상기 임팩트바의 양단을 지지하는 수개의 결합공 및 각각의 결합공을 동축상으로 관통하는 관통공을 갖는 지지부재와, 상기 관통공과 체결공을 통해 삽입되어 임팩트바를 지지부재에 고정하는 체결핀을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 임팩트 빔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합공은 수직방향으로 등간격 배열되며, 상기 관통공은 결합공의 형성방향과 직교하는 방향에서 각각의 결합공을 모두 관통토록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 임팩트 빔.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 체결핀은 그 선단에 끼워지는 분할핀에 의해 이탈이 방지되도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 임팩트 빔.
