Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 범퍼가이드구조에 관한 것으로, 평판형상으로서 양쪽 측단에 차체(5)의 측벽에 용접으로 취부되는 절곡플랜지(6a)가 형성됨과 더불어 중앙부위에는 2개의 보강용 비드(6b)가 돌출되게 형성되면서 이 비드(6b)의 전후방으로 범퍼스테이의 스테이몸체(3)와 체결시키기 위한 2개의 보울트 체결구멍(6c)이 각각 형성된 제1범퍼가이드(6)와, 평판형상으로서 상기 제1범퍼가이드(6)의 하면에 용접으로 부착됨과 더불어 양쪽 선단부에 범퍼스테이의 스테이몸체(3)만큼 폭을 갖도록 절곡되어 범퍼스페이가 차체에 끼워질 대에 차체의 폭방향으로 유격을 규제하는 절곡플랜지(7a)가 형성되면서 상기 제1범퍼가이드(6)의 보울트 체결구멍과 동일한 2개의 보울트 체결구멍을 갖춘 제2범퍼가이드(7)로 이루어져, 범퍼스테이의 차체체결작업이 용이하게 되는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 평판형상으로서 양쪽 측단에 차체(5)의 측벽에 용접으로 취부되는 절곡플랜지(6a)가 형성됨과 더불어 중앙부위에는 2개의 보강용 비드(6b)가 돌출되게 형성되면서 이 비드(6b)의 전후방으로 범퍼스테이의 스테이몸체(3)와 체결시키기 위한 2개의 보울트 체결구멍(6c)이 각각 형성된 제1범퍼가이드(6)와, 평판형상으로서 상기 제1범퍼가이드(6)의 하면에 용접으로 부착됨과 더불어 양쪽 선단부에 범퍼스테이의 스테이몸체(3)만큼 폭을 갖도록 절곡되어 범퍼스테이가 차체에 끼워질 때에 차체의 폭방향으로 유격을 규제하는 절곡플랜지(7a)가 형성되면서 상기 제1범퍼가이드(6)의 보울트 체결구멍과 동일한 2개의 보울트 체결구멍을 갖춘 제2범퍼가이드(7)로 이루어진 자동차의 범퍼가이드구조.
