Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 측면 충돌시 도어의 굽힘강성을 향상시켜 승객의 안전도를 높이기 위함으로, 도어 임팩트빔은 도어(6,7)내부를 각각 가로방향으로 가로질러 설치된 원통형 임팩트빔(5a)의 양끝단이 브래킷(5b)에 의해 도어 이너패널에 착설되고, 상기 원통형 임팩트빔(5a)에 일정간격을 두고 다수개의 크로스바 착설홈(5c)이 형성되고, 상기 착설홈(5c)에 크로스바(5b)들이 각각 삽입되고 용접결합시킨 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 도어 임팩트빔에 있어서, 원통형 임팩트빔(5a)에 일정간격을 두고 다수개의 크로스바 착설홈(5c)이 형성되는 것과, 상기 착설홈(5c)에 크로스바(5b)들이 각각 삽입되어 결합수단에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 도어 임팩트빔.
