Abstract

본 발명은 비상등을 자동 점멸시키고자 하는 것으로, 특히 급가속시 및 급감속시에 비상등을 점등시킴과 아울러 짧은 시간 브레이크를 급작스럽게 작동시켰을 경우에도 비상등이 점등되도록 한 비상등 자동 점멸 장치에 관한 것이다. 종래의 비상등 자동 점멸 장치는 급감속 및 급가속시에만 비상등이 동작되어되므로서, 짧은시간 브레이크를 급작스럽게 밟은 후, 이내 정상주행시에는 감속시간이 짧아 비상등이 점등되어지지 않는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명에서는 이와같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 급감속 및 급가속시는 물론 브레이크 에어부스터의 브레이트 에어 리인과 연계하여 브레이크의 갑작스런 페달 조작시에도 일정압력 이상의 에어의 공급으로 인하여 감속시간이 짧은 경우에도 비상등을 점등시키도록 하므로서, 차량운행중의 순간적인 상황의 변화에 따라 민첩하게 대응할 수 있어 사고 방지의 더 큰 효과가 있는 것으로, 브레이크 에어 브스터를 사용하는 버스 또는 대형 트럭에 적용할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 외벽(11)을 타고 이동되어지게 되는 조립체(12,13)가 격막(14)을 사이에 두고 형성되며, 상기 격막(14)과 두개의 조립체(12,13)사이에는 에어층(15)이 형성되며, 상기 조립체(12,13)가 외벽(11)을 타고 이동되어짐에 따라 온/오프 스위칭하게 되는 비상등 스위치(16)와, 상기 비상등 스위치(16)의 온/오프 스위칭에 따라 비상등을 동작시키게 되는 비상등 구동수단(17)과, 상기 조립체(12,13)의 복원력을 공급하는 탄성수단(18)으로 구성되며, 브레이크 에어 부스터(19)의 브레이크 에어 라인과 연계되어 상기 격막(14)과 주개의 조립체(12,13)사이에 형성되는 에어층(15)의 에어 공급을 제어하게 되는 체크 밸브(20)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비상등 자동 점멸장치.
