Abstract

본 발명은 기존의 자동차는 차량운행시 위급한 상황이 발생되면 운전자는 비상경고등을 수동으로 작동시켜 위급 상황을 뒷차량운전자에게 표시하였으나, 위급상황이 발생되면 운전자는 비상경고등을 작동시키지 않고 순간적으로 브레이크 페달을 밟으면 뒷차와 충돌사고가 발생됨에 따라 부상자 및 많은 인명피해를 발생시켰던 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 해결하고자 차량운행시 위급한 상황에서 운전자가 브레이크 페달을 밟았을때 비상경고등도 자동으로 작동되게 하여 위급한 상황에서의 차량사고를 미연에 방지시킬 수 있게 하여 차량사고로 인해 발생하는 많은 인명피해를 방지시킬 수 있도록 하는데 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 위급한 상황에서 브레이크의 페달을 밟았을 때의 휠상태를 감지하는 휠센서(10)와, 휠센서로 부터 감지된 신호를 속도로 환산하여 환산한 속도와 차량의 감속도와를 비교하는 제어부(20)와, 제어부로 비교된 차량감속도가 10Km이하 이면 비상경고등 램프인 프로트램프(LAMP1),(LAMP2)와 리어램프(LAMP3),(LAMP4)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 비상경고등 제어장치.
