Abstract
본 발명은 착석자의 요추부문 체형에 맞게 시트 백의 형상을 조정할 수 있는 자동차 시트의 가변 요추받침대를 제공하기 위하여 시트 프레임(20)에 설치되어 있는 상하측의 베어링 브라켓(21)(22)에 자전운동이 자유롭게 수직모양으로 설치되는 조정스크류(23)의 양단부에 각각 왼나사부(24)와 오른나사부(25)를 형성하고, 중앙에 윔휠(26)을 설치하여 상기 시트 프레임(20)에 설치되어 있는 기어드 모터(27)에 설치되어 있는 윔기어(28)에 맞물리도록 하는 한편, 상기 왼나사부(24)와 오른나사부(25)에 각각 나사결합되는 너트(30)(31)에 시트 백(32)의 내측에 수용되는 요추받침판(33)의 상하단부를 각각 연결하여 조정스크류(23)가 회전됨에 따라 요추받침판(33)이 굴신되도록 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 시트 프레임(20)에 설치되어 있는 상하측의 베어링 브라켓(21)(22)에 자전운동이 자유롭게 수직모양으로 설치되는 조정스크류(23)의 양단부에 각각 왼나사부(24)와 오른나사부(25)를 형성하고, 중앙에 윔휠(26)을 설치하여 상기 시트 프레임(20)에 설치되어 있는 기어드 모터(27)에 설치되어 있는 윔기어(28)에 맞물리도록 하는 한편, 상기 왼나사부(24)와 오른나사부(25)에 각가가 나사결합되는 너트(30)(31) 에 시트 백(32)의 내측에 수용되는 요추 받침판(33)의 상하단부를 각각 연결하여 조정스크류(23)가 회전됨에 따라 요추받침판(33)이 굴신되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 시트의 가변 요추받침대.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
