Abstract

본 발명은 조립이 완료된 자동차 엔진의 연료계통에 연료를 자동적으로 주입가능한 엔진연료 자동주입장치에 관한 것으로, 연료보충밸브의 조절에 의해 연료가 보충되는 연료보충파이프와, 상기 연료보충파이프와 결합되어 보충되는 연료가 저장되는 연료압력탱크와, 연료주입밸브의 조절에 의해 상기 연료압력탱크와 결합되어 연료가 설정장소에 주입되는 연료주입파이프와, 에어공급밸브의 조절에 의해 상기 연료압력탱크의 내부로 공기가 주입되는 에어공급파이프로 이루어지고 상기 연료압력탱크의 내부로 주입되는 공기의 압력이 조절되도록 상기 에어공급파이프에 에어감압밸브를 설치함으로써 조립이 완성된 자동차 엔진의 성능시험을 위해 엔진에 연료를 주입하고자 할 경우 작업자가 연료주입파이프를 엔진에 연결설치하는 간단한 작업만으로도 자동적으로 엔진에 연료압력탱크의 연료를 주입할 수 있게 되어 엔진에 연료를 주입하는 시간과 노동력을 줄일 수가 있게 되어 작업성이 향상되는 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 연료보충밸브(14)의 조절에 의해 연료가 보충되는 연료보충파이프(16)와, 상기 연료보충파이프(16)와 결합되어 보충되는 연료가 저장되는 연료압력탱크(12)와, 연료주입밸브(18)의 조절에 의해 상기 연료압력탱크(12)와 결합되어 연료가 설정장소에 주입되는 연료주입파이프(20)와, 에어공급밸브(26)의 조절에 의해 상기 연료압력탱크(12)의 내부로 공기가 주입되는 에어공급파이프(22)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 엔진연료 자동주입장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료압력탱크(12)의 내부로 주입되는 공기의 압력이 조절되도록 상기 에어공급파이프(22)에 에어감압밸브(24)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 엔진연료 자동주입장치.
