Abstract

본 발명은 베이퍼라이저의 고압 연료를 이용하여 엔진 부하에 대응하는 슬로우 듀티 솔레노이드 밸브를 취부한 믹서 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 믹서 구조는 메인 연료에서 제어가 불가능한 영역, 즉 시동시, 급가속시, 급감속 등에서 베이퍼라이저의 고압 연료를 슬로우 연료 라인을 통하여 연료를 공급하여 연료 제어를 보완할 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 메인 연료가 주 조정자사(1)를 통하여 통로(2)로 공급되고 피이트백에 의해 작동되는 메인 듀티 솔레노이드 밸브(3)를 통하여 통로(4)로 엔진에서 필요한 연료를 공급하는 믹서에 있어서, 메인 듀티 솔레노이드(3)의 연료공급 통로(4)에 슬로우 듀티 솔레노이드 밸브(10)가 부착되고 슬로우 듀티 솔레노이드 밸브(10)는 슬로우 연료라인(11)을 통하여 베이퍼라이저로부터 고압 연료를 공급받아 연료공급 통로(4)에 공급하며 슬로우 듀티 솔레노이드 밸브(10)의 제어는 ECU에 미리 설정된 MAP 값에 의해 작동되게 구성된 슬로우 듀티 솔레노이드 밸브가 부착된 믹서 구조.
