Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 측면 충돌에 대한 도어의 강도를 확보하기 위해 도어 내부에 설치되는 충격흡수부재에 관한 것으로, 특히, 도어의 이너 패널에 가로방향으로 장착되는 임팩트 빔과 도어 외측 패널 사이에 긴밀하게 결합되어 측면 충돌에 대한 충격 흡수능력을 증대 향상시켜 차실내의 탑승자를 보다 안전하게 보호할 수 있도록 한 자동차 도어용 충격흡수부재에 관한 것이다.
자동차의 측면 충돌사고시 도어(30)가 차 실내로 침입하는 것을 방지해주는 임팩트 빔(20)과 도어 아우트 패널(32) 사이에 충격 흡수능력이 우수한 우레탄 러버재질로 성형되는 에너지 압소버(10)를 일부 수축된 상태로 협지되게 결합하여서 된 것을 특징으로하는 자동차 도어용 충격흡수부재.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차의 측면 충돌사고시 도어가 차 실내로 침입하는 것을 방지해주는 임팩트 빔과 도어 아우트 패널 사이에 충격흡수능력이 우수한 우레탄 러버재질로 성형되는 에너지 압소버를 일부 수축된 상태로 협지되게 결합하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어용 충격흡수부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서; 상기 에너지 압소버(10)는 선단부가 반원호상의 빔 결합홈부(14)가 형성되고, 후단부가 공간부(18)를 사이에 두고 벌어지는 형상으로 도어 밀착부(12)가 형성되며, 중앙으로 중공부(16)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어용 충격흡수부재.
