Abstract

본 발명은 차량 및 가정에서 오염된 공기를 정화시키는 공기정화용 장치에 관한 것으로 특히 오존발생 장치를 사용하지 않고 고전압을 이용한 이온화 장치에서 이온과 오존을 동시에 발생시켜 공기속의 부유물질을 이온화시키고, 오존에 의한 살균 탈취를 할 수 있는 공기정화장치이다.
이러한 본 발명은 원통형의 필터를 사용하여 자동차의 에어크리너와 같은 구조를 형성함으로 작은 공간에서도 높은 집진효과를 나타내도록 하고 특히 필터의 전면부에 집진효율을 높이기 위하여 침상형태의 방전전극과 망상형태의 대전전극을 구성하여 팬에 의하여 흡입되는 먼지 및 각종의 부유물질에 대하여 전기적인 대전현상을 유발하므로서 필터에 집진되는 효과를 증진시킴으로써 보다 청정한 공기를 유지 시키게 된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 공기정화장치(1)에 있어서, 바닥에 놓여지는 타원형의 하케이스(2)와, 하케이스(2)의 상부에 결합되는 상케이스(3)와, 상케이스(3)에 결합되고 배면에 흡입구(5)가 형성된 뚜껑(4)과, 상케이스(3) 및 뚜껑(4)사이에 결합되고 전면으로 정화된 공기를 배출시키는 배출구(6)와, 상케이스(3) 및 뚜껑(4)사이에 결합되고 배면으로 램프(14)불빛을 반사시키는 표시창(7)과, 상케이스(3)의 내부에 형성된 받침대(11)의 상부에 결합되고 오렴된 공기를 정화시키는 원통형의 필터(20)와, 상기 필터(20)하부의 하케이스(2)내측에 결합되고 필터(20)에서 정화된 공기를 배출구(6)로 배출시키는 팬(30)과, 공기 오염정도를 측정하는 유선리모콘(40)을 구비하여된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필터(20)는 내측으로 결합돌기를 다수개 형성시키고 상, 하측을 고정시키는 상부덮개(21) 및 하부덮개(22)와, 상기 상, 하부 덮개(21)(22)의 돌기에 끼워지고 침상형의 전극을 가지며 전기적으로 결합되는 침상전극(23)(24)과, 상기 침상전극(23)(24)과 일정거리를 두고 상, 하부 덮개(21)(22)의 돌기에 끼워지며 망상형의 공간을 갖는 대전전극(25)과, 상기 대전전극(25) 내측에 결합되고 대전된 입자를 흡착시키는 정전 형부직필터(26)와, 부직필터(26)의 내측에 결합되고 잔류 오존을 제거시키는 활성탄 촉매필터(27) 및 망상형 활성탄 필터(28)로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 하부덮개(22)는 내부에 배출구(29)가 형성되고 그 내측으로 고정돌기(22')를 형성시켜 받침대(11)에 형성된 고정구(12)에 상기 고정돌기(22')를 삽입시켜 필터(20)를 받침대(11)에 착탈시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 침상필터(23)(24)는 다수개의 침상형의 전극을 갖추며 각각의 침상형 전극이 상하로 엇갈리도록 조립되고 대전전극(25)은 망상형의 많은 타공면적을 갖게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 다수개의 침상형 전극을 가지고 있어 고압트랜스로 부터 인가되는 높은 전압으로 인하여 별도의 살균장치인 자외선 램프 및 오존발생 장치가 필요없이 침상형 전극으로 부터 소량의 오존가스가 발생되는 살균 기능을 수행할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유선 리모콘(40)은 표면에 공기오염 정도를 감지하는 오염센서(42)와, 공기 오염정도를 나타내는 표시램프(43)와, 리모콘(40)을 고정시키고 고정위치를 변화시키는 클립(44)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 정화장치.
