Abstract

본 발명은 배기가스의 가스압에 의해 발생하는 액체저장부 내의 물 또는 액체촉매의 격렬한 교란현상을 억제할 수 있고, 가스압을 약화시켜서 기수분리작용이 양호하게 하는 배기가스 정화장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 액체저장부(4) 내에 배기가스의 도입에 따른 물 또는 액체촉매의 교란흐름을 억제할 수 있는 완충날개부를 설치하여 이루어진다.

Claims (3)

  1. 배기가스 내에 물 또는 액체촉매를 수용한 액체저장부를 형성하고, 이 액체저장부에 배기관을 매개로 엔진에서 배기되는 배기가스를 도입하며 이 배기가스를 액체저장부의 물 또는 액체촉매에 접촉시켜 배기가스 중의 유해성분을 제거 또는 저감시킴과 더불어 기수분리부의 미로형상 통로 안을 통과시킴으로써 물 또는 액체촉매와 기체를 분리하여 배기부를 매개로 배기하도록 된 배기가스 정화장치에 있어서, 상기 액체저장부(4) 내에 배기가스의 도입에 따른 물 또는 액체촉매의 교란흐름을 억제할 수 있는 완충날개체(9)를 설치하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  2. 제1 청구항에 있어서, 상기 완충날개체(9)는 여러개의 분할편날개판(14)을 방사형상으로 배치하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
  3. 제1 또는 제2 청구항에 있어서, 상기 기수분리부(5)의 미로형상 통로 내에 배기가스의 흐름을 꺾어 되돌릴 수 있는 방해체(16)를 여러개 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기가스 정화장치.
