Abstract

일반적으로 꽃이나 과일은 생체로 먹거나 보관하는 것으로 본관상태에 따라 변색이 불가피한 것이며, 특히 재배시 각종 농약이나 해충에 과실이 노출되어 과일이 손상되는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 과일이나 꽃이 적과 되었을 때에 투명한 병에 함입한 다음 생육시켜주고, 이것을 그대로 분리하여 밀봉시켜준 병재배된 과일이나 꽃을 제공하므로서 관상용은 물론 필요시에 알콜을 주입하여 관상과 동시에 과실주도 함께 즐길 수 있게 하였으며 특히 과수나 화훼농가의 또다른 소득원으로 제공될 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 과일이나 꽃등의 가지에 과일이나 꽃이 병의 입구를 통과할 수 있는 정도로 적과되었을때 성숙한 과일이나 꽃의 형태대로 성형한 투명용기의 입구부(2)로 삽입한 다음 고정구(3)로 나뭇가지(4)에 고정하여 입구부를 폐쇄하여 생육시키는 공정, 과일이나 꽃이 용기의 내부를 70%이상 채울 수 있을 정도로 성숙하였을 때 나무에서 수확하여 하부의 드레인포트(5)를 통하여 이물질을 제거하는 공정, 입구부(2)를 통하여 알콜등에 산화 방지제를 혼합하여 투입하여 준 다음 입구부(2)와 드레인포트(5)를 밀봉처리하는 공정으로 구성되는 과일이나 꽃의 병재배방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지재가 아스코르빈산인 것을 특징으로 하는 병 과일이나 꽃의 병재배방법.
  3. 과일이나 꽃의 직경 보다 작은 폭의 입구부(2)를 갖는 투명용기에 과일이나 꽃의 꼭지부(6)를 끈으로 묶어 병의 표면(7)에 접촉치않도록 배치하여 준 다음 입구부(2)와 드레인포트(5)를 밀봉처리하고 내부에 0.1-0.2%의 아스코르빈산과 알콜을 채워준 병밀봉과일.
