Abstract

기록장치에 있어서, 사용자가 조작부를 단순히 조작함으로써, 1곡 더빙작동을 간단하게 실행하게 된다. 기록장치는, 재생부에서 재생되는 정보에 대해 정보단위의 변화를 검출하기 위한 정보단위 판별수단과; 입력된 재생정보를 기록 매체 상에 기록하기 위한 기록수단과; 재생부에 의해 재생동작이 실행되는 동안 재생작동중인 정보단위의 기록작동을 지시하기 위한 조작수단과; 조작수단이 조작될 때, 재생부를 재생작동중인 정보단위의 선두위치로 복귀시킴으로써, 재생부가 재생작동을 수행하도록 제어하며, 재생작동 도중 재생부로부터 재생되는 재생 정보에 대해서 정보단위 판별수단에 의해 정보단위의 변화가 검출될때까지, 기록수단이 기록매체에 대한 기록작동을 수행하도록 제어하기 위한 제어수단과; 를 포함하여 구성된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 재생부에서 재생된 정보에 대해 정보단위의 변화를 검출하기 위한 정보단위 판별수단; 입력된 재생정보를 기록매체 상에 기록하기 위한 기록수단과; 상기 재생부에 의해 재생작동이 수행되는 동안 재생작동 중인 정보단위의 기록작동을 지시하기 위한 조작수단과; 상기 조작수단이 작동될때, 재생작동중인 정보단위의 선두위치로 상기 재생부를 복귀시킴으로써 상기 재생부가 재생작동을 수행하도록 제어하고, 상기 재생작동 도중 상기 재생부로부터 재생되는 재생정보에 대해서 상기 정보단위 판별 수단에 의해 정보단위의 변화가 검출될때 까지 상기 기록수단이 상기 기록매체에 대해 기록작동을 수행하도록 제어하기 위한 제어수단과; 를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 상기 조작수단이 작동될때 상기 재생부에 의한 재생작동중인 정보단위를 기록할 수 있는 녹음가능영역이 상기 기록매체에 남아 있는지 여부를 판별하기 위한 프리(free)영역 판별수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 프리영역 판별수단은 입력된 재생정보가 기록되는 기록매체에 대한 사용자 TOC(내용 테이블) 정보의 테이블포인터의 내용에 기초해서 상기 녹음가능 영역을 판별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 정보단위 판별수단은 상기 재생정보에 포함된 서브코드데이터의 어드레스에 기초해서 상기 정보단위의 변화를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 정보단위 판별수단은 상기 TOC정보의 트랙어드레스에 기초해서 상기 정보단위의 변화를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조작수단이 작동될때, 상기 재생부에 의한 재생작동중인 정보단위를 기록할 수 있는 녹음가능영역이 상기 기록매체에 남아있지 않다면, 상기 제어수단은 경고수단에 의해 경고를 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록장치.
