Abstract

본 발명은 오일의 점도에 따라 운전자에게 엔진오일을 적기에 교환하도록 유도하여, 엔진의 윤활성능을 향상시킴과 동시에 엔진의 수명을 증가시킬 수 있는, 차량의 엔진오일 교환시기 경보장치에 관한 것으로, 오리팬 또는 엔진오일 공급관에 회전날개를 포함하는 샤프트와, 샤프트를 회전시키는 모터를 설치하고, 샤프트에 각속도 감지센서를 설치하여 오일의 점도에 따른 샤프트의 각변위량 및 각속도의 변화량을 감지시키며, 각속도 감지센서를 E.C.U에 연결하여 사전입력된 공식에 의해 샤프트의 단위시간당의 각변위와 각속도 변화량을 기준이 되는 각변위 및 각속도값과 비교하도록 하고, 또한 E.C.U에 경보장치를 연결, 설치하여 산출된 각변위량 및 각속도가 일정 기쥰값 이상으로 증가할 경우 작동시킴과 동시에 운전자에게 엔진오일을 교환하도록 된 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 엔진오일에 침지된 회전날개를 포함하는 샤프트, 상기 샤프트를 회전시키는 모터, 상기 샤프트에 설치되어 오일의 점도에 의한 샤프트의 각변위량 및 각속도의 변화량을 감지하는 각속도 감지센서, 상기 각속도 감지센서로부터 감지된 신호를 인가받아 사전입력된 공식에 의해 샤프트의 단위시간당의 각변위와 각속도 변화량을 기준이 되는 각변위 및 각속도값과 비교하는 E.C.U, 상기 E.C.U에 연결, 설치되어 산출된 각변위량 및 각속도가 일정 기준값 이상으로 증가할 경우 작동함과 동시에 운전자에게 엔진오일을 교환하도록 경보하는 경보장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진오일 교환시기 경보장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전날개는 오일팬에 침지시켜 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진오일 교환시기 경보장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치의 회전날개를 포함하는 샤프트는 엔진오일 공급관에 설치되어 오일펌프에 의해 압송, 순환되는 오일의 유속에 의해 회전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 엔진오일 교환시기 경보장치.
