Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
앵커보울트에 매달려 있는 레일서스펜숀에 천정판넬의 설치 및 천정판넬 틈새의 마감처리를 손쉽게 수행할 수 있도록 한 천정판넬의 설치방법 및 장치이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
종래의 천정판넬은 설치하기가 상당히 번거롭게 공정수가 많은 등의 비효율적인 설치방법에 의존하고 있고 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 레일서스펜스에 천정판넬을 직접 결합시키는 간단한 설치방법을 제공하는데 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
각 레일서스펜숀(30)의 하부에 일정간격으로 형성된 안내편(31)이 동일선상에 위치하도록 설치하고, 단위천정판넬(40)을 레일서스펜숀(30)의 직각방향으로 위치시키어 레일 서스펜숀(30)에 형성된 안내편(31)에 단위 천정판넬(40)상에 형성한 안내홈(41)을 끼워서 밀어 주어 각 안내편(31)에 단위천정판넬(40)을 순차적으로 결합시키어 천정판넬(40)을 설치하며, 각 단위천정판넬(40) 사이의 틈새에는 마감재(50)를 끼워서 설치함을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 앵커보울트(20)에 의해 소정간격으로 설치되는 각 레일서스펜숀(30)의 하부에 일정간격으로 형성된 안내편(31)이 동일선상에 위치하도록 설치하고, 단위 천정판넬(40)을 레일서스펜숀(30)의 직각방향으로 위치시키어 레일서스펜숀(30)에 형성된 안내편(31)에 단위천정판넬(40)상에 형성한 안내홈(41)을 끼워서 밀어 주어 각 안내편(31)에 단위천정판넬(40)을 순차적으로 결합시키어 천정판넬(40)을 설치하며, 각 단위 천정판넬(40) 사이의 틈새에는 마감재(50)를 끼워서 설치함을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬의 설치방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 단위천정판넬(40)의 측면부를 이중곡면으로 형성하여 마감대를 단면상으로 원형형상의 마감대(50)를 끼워 마감처리 함을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬의 설치방법.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 단위천정판넬(40)의 측면부에 요홈을 형성하지 않고 걸림돌기(42)를 형성하여 마감대(50)의 양측에 형성된 요홈(52)에 끼워져 결합되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬의 설치방법.
  4. 천정판넬(40)을 조립하도록 양측으로 곡면형상 이룬 안내편(31)을 일정간격으로 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 레일서스펜숀.
  5. 레일서스펜숀(30)에 조립하도록 양측에 레일홈(41)을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 천정판넬.
