Abstract

본 발명은 각각의 엘라스토머가 약5mm 또는 그 이하의 크기의 입자들를 가지는 적어도 두개의 과립의 엘라스토머를 과립의 퍼블라인드(purblind)로 결합시키고; 선택적으로 필러, 오일, 가공조제, 분열방지제 등등과 같은 하나 이상의 첨가제를 첨가하고; 적어도 하나의 가황제를 사용하여 상기 퍼블라인드의 선택적 첨가제를 분쇄시키는 것으로 이루어지는 가황가능한 엘라스토머성 화합물을 생성시키는 방법을 제공하며, 상기 화합물은 타이어 사이드월 및 함기성 타이어에서 특정의 유용성을 가진다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 각각의 엘라스토머가 약 5mm 또는 그 이하의 평균 입경을 가지는 입자로 이루어지는 두개 이상의 과립 엘라스토머를 결합시키고; (b) 선택적으로 첨가제를 가하고; (c) 적어도 하나의 가황제를 가하고; 그리고 (d) 가황성 엘라스토머성 화합물을 생성시키기 위해 분쇄시키는 것으로 구성되고; 상기 결합단계(a)가 엘라스토머를 예비블렌드하거나 동시 공급시킴으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 엘라스토머가 폴리이소프렌;폴리부타디엔;스티렌과 공중합된 부타디엔의 중합체; 아크릴로니트릴, 부타디엔 및 스티렌의 중합체; 아크릴로니트릴과 공중합된 부타디엔의 중합체; 이소프렌과 공중합된 이소부틸렌의 중합체; 프로필렌과 공중합체된 에틸렌의 중합체; 프로필렌 및 디엔과 공중합된 에틸렌의 중합체; 폴리클로로프렌; 폴리디메틸 실록산; 에틸렌 및 3 내지 12 탄소원자를 가지는 알파 올레핀의 공중합체; 에틸렌, 3 내지 12탄소원자를 가지는 알파 올레핀 및 디엔의 삼원공중합체; 에틸렌 및 비닐트리메톡시실란의 공중합체, 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 아크릴로니트릴, 말레인산 에스테르, 비닐 아세테이트 및 메타크릴산 에스테르의 공중합체; 부티디엔과 이소프렌의 공중합체; 스티렌, 부타디엔 및 이소프렌의 삼원공중합체; 클로로부틸(이소부틸렌 및 이소프렌의 염소화된 공중합체); 및 브로모부틸(이소부틸렌 및 이소프렌의 브롬화 된 공중합체)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 가황제가 황-함유 화합물, 퍼옥사이드, 금속 산화물, 디니트로조 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머가 카본 블랙, 실리카, 클레이, 탈크 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 불활성 미립 물질의 존재하에서 기체상에서 중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 엘라스토머가 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔, 에틸렌- C4-C12알파 올레핀-디엔, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리(스티렌-부타디엔), 및 폴리이소프렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 선택적으로 첨가될 수 있는 첨가제가 필러, 가소제, 산화방지제 및 오존화 방지제, 활성제, 가속제, 태키파이어, 균질화제, 콜로이드화제, 안료, 난연제 및 살균제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 필러는 카본 블랙; 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 나트륨, 칼륨의 규산염 및 이들의 혼합물; 칼슘, 마그네슘의 탄산염 및 이들의 혼합물; 실리콘, 칼슘, 아연, 철, 티타늄, 및 알루미늄의 산화물; 칼슘, 바륨 및 납의 황산염; 알루미나 삼수화물; 수산화 마그네슘; 페놀-포름알데히드, 폴리스티렌, 및 폴리(알파메닐)스티렌수지, 천연 섬유, 합성 섬유 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 가소제는 석유 오일; 폴리알킬 벤젠오일; 유기산 모노에스테르; 유기산 디에스테르; 글리콜 디에스테르; 트리알킬 트리멜리테이트(trimelitate); 트리알킬, 트리알콕시알킬, 알킬 디아릴, 및 트리아릴 포스페이트; 염소화된 파라핀계 오일; 쿠마론(coumarone)-인덴 수지;파인(pine) 타르; 식물성 오일 및 에스테르 및 이들의 에폭시화된 유도체; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 산화방지제 및 오존화방지제는 저해된 페놀, 비스페놀, 및 티오비스페놀; 치환된 히드로퀴논; 트리스(알킬페닐) 포스파이트; 디알킬오디프로피오네이트; 페닐나프틸아민; 치환된 디페닐아민; 디알킬, 알킬 아릴 및 디아릴 치환된 p-페닐렌 디아민; 단량체성 및 중합체성 디히드로퀴놀린; 2-(4-히드록시-3,5-t-부틸아닐린)-4,6-비스(옥틸티오)-1,3,5-트리아진;헥사히드로-1,3,5-트리스-β-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐) 프로피오닐-s-트리아진; 2,4,6-트리스(n-1,4-디메틸펜닐-p-페닐렌디아미노)-1,3,5-트리아진; 트리스(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시벤질) 이소시아누레이트; 디부틸티오카르밤산 니켈; 2-머캅토톨일이미다졸 및 그것의 아연염; 석유 왁스 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 활성화제는 금속 산화물; 지방산과 이들의 금속염; 디-트리-및 폴리에틸렌 글리콜; 트리에탄올 아민; 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고; 상기 가속제는 술펜아미드, 티아졸, 디티오카바메이트, 디티오포스페이트, 티우람, 구아니딘, 크산트산염, 티오우레아 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로 부터 성택되고; 그리고 상기 태키파이어는 로진 및 로진산, 탄화수소 수지, 방향족 인덴 수지, 페놀성(性) 메틸렌 공여체 수지, 페놀성의 열경화성 수지, 레소시놀-포름알데히드 수지 및 알킬 페놀 포름알데히드 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 따라 제조된 엘라스토머성 화합물을 성형하고 가황시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머성 성형품.
  7. 제1항에 따라 제조된 엘라스토머성 화합물을 성형하고 가황시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 사이드월.
  8. (i) 제1항에서 생성된 가황가능한 엘라스토머성 화합물을 성형된 엘라스토머성 본체로 형성시키고; (ii) 상기 성형된 엘라스토머성 본체를 어셈블리하여 그것이 어셈블리를 생성시키기 위해 고도로 불포화된 고무로 이루어지는 또다른 성형된 엘라스토머성 본체와 접촉시키고; 그리고 (iii) 성형된 엘라스토머성 본체 사이의 계면을 통하여 실질적으로 가교결합하는데 효과적이도록 하는 조건하에서 상기 어셈블리를 가황시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상호접촉하는 성형된 엘라스토머성 본체를 계면 공-경화하기 위한 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고도로 불포화된 고무가 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리(부타디엔-스티렌), 폴리(이소프렌-스티렌), 폴리펜텐아머, 폴리 클로로프렌, 폴리(이소프렌-아크릴로니트릴), 폴리(부타디엔-아크릴로니트릴), 폴리(부타디엔-이소프렌-스티렌), 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항의 방법에 따라 제조된 타이어.
