Abstract

플루오르화 폴리디오르가노실록산 기제 조성물을 제조하는 방법과 그렇게하여 제조된 조성물이 여기에 개시된다. 그 후에 백금 금속족 촉매와 오르가노히드로겐실록산가교제를 사용하여 기제조성물을 추가로 경화시켜 개선된 탄성 및 압축변형 특성을 갖는 플루오로실리콘 탄성중합체를 형성한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 플루오르화 폴리디오르가노실록산 기제 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (A) (i)규소에 치환된 0.2 내지 1.2몰%의 펜던트 비닐과 25℃에서 1.3 내지 3.8㎜의 윌리엄가소도를 갖는 히드록실 말단차단 폴리메틸비닐(메틸플루오로알킬)실록산 100중량부와 (ii) 메틸비닐(N-알킬아세타미도)실란 0.05 내지 2중량부를 사슬연장에 의해 폴리메틸비닐(메틸플루오로알킬)실록산의 윌리엄가소도를 증가시키는데 충분한 시간 동안 20 내지 80℃ 범위내에 온도에서 반응시키는 단계, 및 (B) 단계 (A)의 생성물과 (i) 규소에 치환된 1 내지 6몰%의 펜던트 비닐과 25℃에서 1.2 내지 2.5㎜범위내의 윌리엄가소도를 갖는 히드록실 말단차단 폴리디메틸실록산 0.5 내지 10중량부, (ii) 말단 히드록실 치환이 히드록실 말단차단 폴리메틸플루오로알킬실록산액의 3 내지 10중량%로 이루어지는 히드록실 말단차단 폴리메틸플루오로알킬실록산액 1 내지 10중량부, 및 (iii) 50 내지 200㎡/g범위내의 표면적을 갖는 강화실리카 20 내지 50중량부를 반응시키는 단계, 및 (C) 그 다음에 단계(B)의 혼합물을 가열하여 휘발분을 제거하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
