Abstract

본 발명은 폐 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 이용하여 제조된 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머로 된 OTR 타이어용 충전제에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 충전제를 OTR 타이어에 이용할 경우, 종래의 OTR 타이어용 충전제로 사용되어온 폴리우레탄폼과 동등한 수준의 성능을 유지하면서, 경제성의 면에서 상당한 비용절감의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 디에틸렌글리콜 또는 프로필렌글리콜과 아디프산과의 축합물에 폐 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 반응시켜 얻어진 폴리올과 이소시아네이트를 혼합한 후, 여기에 경화제를 첨가하여 제조된 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머로 된 OTR 타이어용 충전제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올은 분자량이 5000~8000 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 OTR 타이어용 충전제.
