Abstract

본 발명은 타이어 내부라이너 및 이를 함유하는 공기 타이어에 관한 것이며, 상기 내부라이너는 고무의 100중량부를 기준으로 (a) -45℃ 내지 -65℃의 Tg를 갖는 용액 중합된 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 약 30 내지 약 50부, 및 (b) 할로부틸 고무 70 내부 50부를 함유하는 혼합물을 포함하는 조성물로부터 제조한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 고무의 100중량부를 기준으로 (a) -45℃ 내지 -65℃의 Tg를 갖고 반복 단위를 갖는 용액 중합된 중합체 약 30 내지 약 50중량부(여기서, (1) 반복 단위의 25 내지 40중량%는 스티렌으로부터 유도되고 ; (2) 반복 단위의 5 내지 30중량%는 1, 2-미세구조를 갖고 부타디엔으로부터 유도되며 ; (3) 반복 단위의 40 내지 60중량%는 1, 4-미세구조를 갖고 부타디엔으로부터 유도된다), 및 (b) 할로부틸 고무 약 70 내지 약 50중량부의 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 조성물로부터 제조된 타이어 내부라이너.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로부틸 고무가 클로로부틸 고무, 브로모부틸 고무 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 타이어 내부라이너.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 (a) 약 40 내지 약 50중량부의 상기 용액 중합된 중합체, 및 (b) 약 60 내지 50 중량부의 할로부틸 고무를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 타이어 내부라이너.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액 중합된 중합체가 -50℃ 내지 -60℃의 Tg를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어 내부라이너.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (1) 반복 단위의 27 내지 37중량%는 스티렌으로부터 유도되고 ; (2) 반복 단위의 10 내지 27중량%는 1, 2-미세구조를 갖고 ; (3) 반복 단위의 44 내지 55중량%는 1, 4-미세구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어 내부라이너.
  6. 고무의 100중량부를 기준으로, (a) -45℃ 내지 -65℃의 Tg를 갖고 반복 단위를 갖는 용액 중합된 중합체 약 30 내지 약 50중량부(여기서, (1) 반복 단위의 25 내지 40중량%는 스티렌으로부터 유도되고 ; (2) 반복 단위의 5 내지 30중량%는 1, 2-미세구조를 갖고 부타디엔으로부터 유도되며 ; (3) 반복 단위의 40 내지 60중량%는 1, 4-미세구조를 갖고 부타디엔으로부터 유도된다), 및 (b) 할로부틸 고무 약 70 내지 약 50중량부의 혼합물을 특징으로 하는 조성물로부터 제조된 내부라이너를 갖는 공기 타이어.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 할로부틸 고무가 클로로부틸 고무, 브로모부틸 고무 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 (a) 약 40 내지 약 50중량부의 상기 용액 중합된 중합체, 및 (b) 약 60 내지 약 50중량부의 할로부틸 고무를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용액 중합된 중합체가 -50℃ 내지 -60℃의 Tg를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, (1) 반복 단위의 27 내지 37중량%는 스티렌으로부터 유도되고 ; (2) 반복 단위의 10 내지 27중량%는 1, 2-미세구조를 갖고 ; (3) 반복 단위의 44 내지 55중량%는 1, 4-미세구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
