Abstract
본 발명은 탄산가스발포시스템에 의한 인티그럴스킨부착 폴리우레탄폼이 제조에 있어서, 발포제로서 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류, 그들과 유기카르복시간 및/또는 그 에스테르류와의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법, 및 이 방법으로 제조되는, 충전성이 양호하고, 탈형시간이 짧고, 폼이 팽창, 빵꾸기 없는, 촉감이 양호한 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼이 개시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)
- 방향족폴리이소시아네이트, 고분자량이소시아네이트 반응성화합물, 발포제기타의 보조제의 반응혼합물을 금형내에 주입첨가해서 얻어지는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형폼밀도가 0.3∼0.8g/㎤인 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와 유기카르복시산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼.
- 방향족폴리이소시아네이트, 고분자량이소시아네이트 반응성화합물, 발포제, 기타보조제의 반응혼합물을 금형내에 주입첨가해서 얻게되는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형밀도가 0.3∼0.8g/㎤인 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와 유기카르복시산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 성형법이 반응사출성형법인 것을 특징으로 하는 이티그럴스킨부착 폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제3항∼제5항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링휠, 내장재 또는 가구.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
