Abstract

본 발명은 탄산가스발포시스템에 의한 인티그럴스킨부착 폴리우레탄폼이 제조에 있어서, 발포제로서 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류, 그들과 유기카르복시간 및/또는 그 에스테르류와의 혼합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법, 및 이 방법으로 제조되는, 충전성이 양호하고, 탈형시간이 짧고, 폼이 팽창, 빵꾸기 없는, 촉감이 양호한 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼이 개시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 방향족폴리이소시아네이트, 고분자량이소시아네이트 반응성화합물, 발포제기타의 보조제의 반응혼합물을 금형내에 주입첨가해서 얻어지는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형폼밀도가 0.3∼0.8g/㎤인 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와 유기카르복시산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼.
  3. 방향족폴리이소시아네이트, 고분자량이소시아네이트 반응성화합물, 발포제, 기타보조제의 반응혼합물을 금형내에 주입첨가해서 얻게되는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형밀도가 0.3∼0.8g/㎤인 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 발포제가 붕산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와 유기카르복시산 및/또는 그 에스테르류와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인티그럴스킨부착폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 성형법이 반응사출성형법인 것을 특징으로 하는 이티그럴스킨부착 폴리우레탄폼의 제조방법.
  6. 청구범위 제3항∼제5항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 스티어링휠, 내장재 또는 가구.
