Abstract

폴리이소시아네이트 성분, 폴리올 성분, 1종 이상의 발포제, 촉매 및 임의로 기타 보조제 및 첨가제로 주로 이루어지며, (ⅰ)분자량이 92 내지 1,000의 범위내인 적어도 3가의 알코올과, (ⅱ)분자당 통계 평균으로 적어도 2개의 알코올성 히드록실기 및 적어도 0.5개의 알칼리 카르복실레이트기를 가지는, 분자내 카르복실산 무수물의, 알칼리 염 형태로 존재하는 반응 산물이 촉매로서 사용되며, 연질 또는 반경질의 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성하도록 반응하는 반응 혼합물로 상부층인 플라스틱 필름의 후면을 피복하여 복합체를 제조하는 방법 및 이 방법에 의해 만들어지는 복합체.

Claims (5)

  1. a) 폴리이소시아테이트 성분, b) 염기가 없는 폴리올 성분, c) 1종 이상의 발포제, d) 촉매인 히드록시카르복실산의 알칼리 염, 및 임의로 e) 폴리우레탄 화학 분야에서 사용되는 추가의 보조제 및 첨가제로 주로 이루어지며, 성분 d)로서 (ⅰ)분자량이 92 내지 1,000의 범위내인 적어도 3가의 알코올과, (ⅱ)분자내 카르복실산 무수물의, 알칼리 염 형태로 존재하는 반응 산물이 성분 b)의 중량 기준으로, 0.1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 사용되며, 이 반응 산물은 분자당 통계 평균으로 적어도 2개의 알코올성 히드록실기 및 적어도 0.5개의 알칼리카르복실레이트기를 가지며, 연질 또는 반경질의 폴리우레탄 발포체로 완전히 반응하는 반응 혼합물을 사용하여 상부층인 플라스틱 시트를 후면 발포시키는 것으로 이루어진 복합체의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 실온에서 액체이며 임의로 우레탄, 카르보디이미드 및/또는 우레트디온기를 갖는 디페닐메탄계의 폴리이소시아네이트 혼합물을 성분 a)로서 사용하는 것이 특징인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분자량 400 내지 12,000에서 평균 2 내지 4의 히드록실 관능가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리에테르 폴리올의 혼합물, 또는 폴리에테르 폴리올의 중량을 기준으로 10%중량까지의 분자량 400미만의 2가 및/또는 3가 알코올과 상기 폴리에테르 폴리올과의 혼합물을 성분 b)로 사용하는 것이

  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물을 성분 c)로 사용하는것이 특징인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 따라 제조된 복합체.
