Abstract
본 발명은 C2내지 C7을 갖는 지방족 또는 지환족의 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산의 리튬염을 함유하는 폴리올 조성물, 및 이에 의해 생성된 개방 셀 구조를 갖는 연질 폴리우레탄 포움에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- (a) 1.5 내지 3의 평균 작용기성, 750 내지 3,500의 당량, 및 15 내지 100의 히드록실기를 갖는, 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소를 갖는 폴리올 화합물 ; (b) 하나 이상의 발포제 ; (c) 우레탄 조촉매 ; (d) 사슬 연장제 ; 및 (e) 폴리올 조성물 100중량부에 대해 0.1 내지 2.0중량부의 C2내지 C7을 갖는 지방족 또는 지환족의 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산의 리튬염으로 구성된 폴리올 조성물.
- (a) 2개 이상의 반응성 수소를 갖는 폴리올 화합물 ; (b) 하나이상의 발포제 ; (c) 폴리우레탄 조촉매 ; (d) 사슬 연장제 ; 및 (e) C2내지 C7을 갖는 지방족 또는 지환족의 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산으로 구성된 폴리올 화합물과 방향족 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물로 이루어지는 연질 폴리우레탄 포움.
- 제2항에 있어서, 리튬염의 양이 폴리올 조성물 100중량부에 대해 0.1중량부 내지 2.0중량부임을 특징으로 하는 연질 포움.
- 제2항에 있어서, 카르복실산이 아세트산, 프로피온산 및 부티르산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 포움.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포제가 물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 연질 포움.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포움이 슬랩 스톡 포움임을 특징으로 하는 연질 포움.
- 제2항에 있어서, 포움이 인티그럴 스킨 포움임을 특징으로 하는 연질 포움.
- 개방 또는 밀폐 예열 모울드에서, 방향족 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를, (a) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소, 750 내지 4000의 당량, 및 1.5 내지 3의 작용기성을 갖는 폴리올 화합물 ; (b) 하나이상의 발포제 ; (c) 폴리우레탄-조 촉매 ; (d) 사슬 연장제 ; 및 (e) C2내지 C7을 갖는 지방족 또는 지환족의 포화 또는 불포화 카르복실산의 리튬염으로 구성된 폴리올 조성물과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는, 연질 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 리튬염의 양이 폴리올 조성물 100중량부에 대해 0.1 내지 2.0중량부이고, 카르복실산이 아세트산 및 부티르산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
