Abstract
A preparation process of an integral-skin polyurethane foam with a carbon dioxide blown system comprising using as an blowing agent boric acid and/or an ester thereof, or a mixture of these4 compounds with an organic carboxylic acid and/or an ester thereof, and integral-skin polyurethane foam which is prepared by the process and has low free blow density, good moldability and no blister, are disclosed.
