Abstract
본 발명은 장기간동안 안정한 에멀션 상태를 유지하며 다공성 무기 건축재료에 물이 흡수되는 것을 방지하는 침수 방지제로 유용한 알킬알콕시실란의 수성에멀션에 관한 것으로 상기 에멀션은 알킬알콕시실란, 물 및 에멀션화제를 함유하며, 물에서 상기 알킬알콕시실란 방울의 크기는 0.5-10㎛범위이다. 본 발명은 또한 물에서 알킬알콕시실란의 방울의 직경이 0.5-10㎛범위인 에멀션을 형성하기에 충분한 조건하에서 알킬알콕시실란, 물 및 에멀션화제를 에멀션화 및 분산하는 단계를 포함하는 수성 알킬알콕시실란 에멀션을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 알킬알콜시실란, 물 및 에멀션화제를 포함하여, 물에서 알킬알콕시실란방울의 직경은 0.5-10㎛범위인 수성 알킬알콕시실란 에멀션.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알콕시실란은 6-20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 최소 하나의 알킬기, 1-3개의 탄소원자를 갖는 최소 하나의 알콕시기, 및 실리콘기로 형성되며, 상기 알킬기 및 알콕시키는 실리콘 원자에 직접 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 에멀션.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알콕시실란은 모노알킬트리알콕시실란임을 특징으로 하는 에멀션.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물에서 상기 알킬알콕시실란의 농도는 5-70중량%임을 특징으로 하는 에멀션.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에멀션화제는 살란 성분을 기준으로 하여 0.1-50중량%양으로 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 에멀션.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에멀션화제는 음이온성 에멀션화제, 비이온성 에멀션화제, 양이온성 에멀션화제, 및 양쪽성 에멀션화제로부터 선택되는 최소 하나임을 특징으로 하는 에멀션.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에멀션화제는 비이온성 에멀션화제 및 에멀션화제의 총 중량을 기준으로 음이온성 에멀션화제 0.01-20중량%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 에멀션.
- 물에서 알킬알콕시실란 방울의 직경이 0.5-10㎛범위인 에멀션을 형성하기에 충분한 조건하에서 알킬알콕시실란, 물 및 에멀션하제를 에멀션화 및 분산하는 단계를 포함하는 수성 알킬알콕시실란 에멀션 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 알킬알콕시실란, 물 및 에멀션화제는 50℃이상의 온도에서 에멀션화 및 분산함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 활성 성분으로 청구범위 1항의 수성 알킬알콕시실란 에멀션을 함유하는 다공성 무기 건축재료에 대한 침수-흡수 방지제.
- 10항에 있어서, 상기 방지제는 나아가 pH조절제, 방부제, 방미 가공제, 항세균제, 농화제, 수성-기초 발수제, 기포형성 방지제, 지용성 염료 및 수성-기초 착색제로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 첨가제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 침수-흡수 방지제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
