Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 급정거시 승객이 인스트루먼트 판넬 밑으로 밀려 들어가는 서브마린(Submarine) 현상을 방지토록 자동차 시트쿠션 밑에 설치되는 자동차 급정거시 서브마린 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 종래 시트쿠션의 착석감 향상기능과 승객의 서브마린 방지기능을 동시에 완벽하게 만족시킬 수가 없는 문제점이 있었다.
그래서 본 발명은 자동차 추돌 또는 급정거시 일정치 이상의 감속도를 감지하는 기계식 센서(10)에 의해 작동되는 가압수단과 이 가압수단에 의해 상승되는 피스톤(21a)을 가진 피스톤 로드(21)가 내설된 실린더(20)와; 상기 피스톤 로드(21) 및 이 피스톤 로드(21)에 의해 상승되는 바형 서브마린 방지구(40)와 힌지연결되어 이 서브마린 방지구(40)를 지지하는 로드(30)를 시트쿠션 전단부 밑의 양측 시트레일(50)에 힌지연결하여 설치 구성함으로써 시트쿠션의 착석감 향상기능과 승객의 서브마린 방지기능을 동시에 100% 만족시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 자동차 급감속시 일정치 이상의 감속도를 감지하는 센서에 의해 서브마린 방지구를 상승시키는 작동수단을 시트쿠션 전단부 밑에 설치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 급정거시 서브마린 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 작동수단은 상기 센서에 의해 작동되는 가압수단과 이 가압수단에 의해 상승되는 피스톤(21a)을 가진 피스톤 로드(21)가 내설된 실린더(20)와; 상기 피스톤 로드(21) 및 이 피스톤 로드(21)에 의해 상승되는 서브마린 방지구(40)와 힌지연결되어 서브마린 방지구(40)를 지지하는 로드(30)로 구성하여 시트쿠션 밑의 양측 시트레일(50)에 상기 실린더(20)와 로드(30)를 힌지연결하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 급정거시 서브마린 방지장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 가압수단은 센서의 전류에 의해 감응하는 뇌관(14)과 이 뇌관(14)에 의해 폭발하여 압력을 발생시키는 화약(22)으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 급정거시 서브마린 방지장치.
