Abstract

간단한 구조로서 제조코스트의 저감에 기여하며 더우기 확실하게 회전기능을 발휘할 수 있도록함을 과제로하고 있으며, 시이트보텀(11)의 저면에 고정된 회전베이스(5)와, 바닥(F)위에 설치된 회전베이스(5)를 지지하는 고정베이스(4)등을 구비하였고, 상기 회전베이스(5)에는 그 저부에 중심선을 중심으로 하는 링형상의 하방슬라이더(53)가 설치되었고, 고정베이스(4)에는 하방 슬라이더(53)에 대응한 링형상의 상방슬라이더(43) 가 설치되었고 하방슬라이더(53)와 상방슬라이더 (43) 사이에 리테이너가 개재된 상태에서 하방슬라이터(53) 가 상방슬라이더(43)에 지지하도록 구성되어 시이트보텀(11)은 하방슬라이더(53)만에 의하여 지지되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 자동차용 시이트의 회전구조의 한 실시형태를 나타낸 일부 노치한 분해사시도,
제2도는 제1도에 나타내는 자동차용 시이트를 조립한 상태를 나타낸 일부노치한 사시도,
제3도는 제2도의 A-A선 단면도,
제4도는 제2도의 B-B선 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 시이트보텀의 대략 중앙부에서 상하방향으로 뻗는 중심선 둘레에 회전이 자유롭도록 시이트를 지지하는 자동차용 시이트의 회전구조로서 시이트보텀의 저면에 고정된 회전베이스와 바닥위에 설치된 회전베이스를 지지하는 고정베이스가 구비되었고, 상기 회전베이스에는 그저부에 상기 중심선을 중심으로 하는 링형상의 제1슬라이더가 설치되었고, 상기 고정베이스에는 제1슬라이더에 대응한 링형상의 제2슬라이더가 설치되었고, 제2슬라이더와 제2슬라이더는 그것들 사이에 리테이너가 개재된 상태에서 서로 접속되었고, 시이트보텀은, 제1슬라이더와 제2슬라이더가 서로 맞물린 상태에서 리테이너를 개재하여 중심선 둘레에서 회전할 수 있도록 지지되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시이트의 회전구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 회전베이스에는 그 중앙부에 중심선을 중심으로 하고, 또한 회전베이스의 짧은변치수보다도 약간 작은 지름치수를 지닌 둥근구멍이 설치되었고, 제1슬라이더는 둥근구멍의 가장자리 부분에서 하방으로 내려들이 웠고, 또한, 가장자리부분이 안쪽에서 상방으로 세워올려진 횡단면도로서 U자형상의 제1링형상 맞물기부분에 의하여 형성되었고, 제2슬라이더는 원주가장자리에서 상방으로 돌출하고 또한 가장자리부분이 바깥쪽에서 하방으로 세워내려진 역 U 자형상의 제2링형상 맞물기부분에 의하여 형성되었고, 제1맞물기부분과 제2맞물기부분은 그것이 약간의 틈을 구비한 상태에서 서로 끼워맞춤하도록 치수설정되었고, 제1맞물기부와 제2맞물기부가 직접접촉 하지 않도록 리테이너가 틈에 개재되었고, 제1맞물기부분의 탈락을 저지하는 여러개의 지지판이 고정베이스의 가장자리부분에 지름방향으로 향하여 돌출설치되었으며 리테이너 일부가 지지판에 지지된 상태에서 제1맞물기부재를 지지하도록 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 시이트의 회전구조.
