Abstract

목적
판스피린에 끼움지지편을 형성하므로서, 판스피링을 원터치로 고정접점판에 설치할 수 있도록 하였다.
구성
레저(1)는, 상하방향으로 회전이 자유롭게 설치한다. 판스프링(10)은, 레버(1)의 상하방향의 회전운동 조작을 작동하며, 극판(9)상의 고정잡점판(14)에 접촉하는 판스프링(10)을 가진다. 판스프링(10)은, 한쪽끝단에 고정접점판(14)에 접촉하는 가동접점(10b,10c)을 가지며, 다른 끝단에 고정접점판(14)에 접속하는 복수의 끼움지지편(10e,10f)을 형성한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상하 방향으로 회전운동이 자유롭게 설치한 레버와, 그 레버의 상하방향의 회전운동 조작으로 작동하여 극판상의 고정접점판에 접촉하는 판스프링을 구비한 차량용 레버스위치에 있어서, 상기 판스프링은, 한쪽끝단에 상기 고정접점판에 접촉하는 가동 접점을 가지며, 다른 끝단에 상기 고정접점판에 접촉하는 복수의 끼움지지편을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 레버스위치의 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정접점판은, 상기 끼움지지편을 설치하는 장착부를 가지며, 상기 극판은, 상기 고정접점판의 정착부에 인접해서 상기 끼움지지편을 삽입하는 구멍을 뚫은 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 레버스위치의 구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 극판은 판스프링에 끼움지지편 양측에, 지지돌기를 이웃하여 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 레버스위치 구조.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판스프링의 끼움지지편은, 상기 고정접점판의 장착부측면에 걸어 멈추는 탈락방지네일을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 레버스위치의 구조.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 극판은 상기 구멍의 근방에 판스프링 하면에 맞닿는 지지부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 레버스위치 구조.
