Abstract

본 발명은 초고분자량의 폴리올레핀을 압출기에서 용융하고, 스크루다이로부터 용융된 폴리올레핀을 압출하고, 압출에 의해 형성된 용융된 튜브상 필름(tubular film)에 가스를 송풍하는 공정으로 된 인플레이션 필름의 제조방법. 인플레이션 필름의 제조장치는 제1의 스크루가 설치된 압출기와, 압출기의 단부에 설치된 L/D가 적어도 5 이상의 스크루다이, 제1의 스크루와 독립하여 회전하는 제2의 스쿠루와 제2의 스크루의 단부에 결합되어 제2의 스크루와 함께 회전하는 만드렐과, 만드렐이 삽입된 외측튜브다이와, 제2의 스크루와 만드렐내에서 신장한 가스통로로된 스크루다이로로 된 것이다. 인플레이션 필름은 파단점 인장강도가 기계방향으로 1660kg/cm2이상, 횡단방향으로 1600kg/cm2이상, 충격강도가 9500kg·cm/cm 이상, 두께가 10~1000μm, R 치가 10μm이하, 극한점도〔η〕가 적어도 7dℓ/g 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀으로 된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 초고분자량의 폴리올레핀을 제1의 스크루가 장착된 압출기에서 용융하고; L/D가 적어도 5 이상의 스크루다이이며, 압출기의 제1의 스크루와 독립하여 회전하는 제2의 스크루와 상기 제2의 스크루의 단부에 접속된 만드렐로 된 스크루다이로부터 용융된 초고분자량 폴리올레핀을 압출하고, 필름에 가스를 송풍하여 용융된 필름을 팽창하여 인플레이션 필름을 제조하는 공정으로 된 초고분자량 폴리을레핀 인플레이션 필름의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압출기의 제1의 스크루의 회전속도와 스크루다이의 제2의 스크루의 회전속도는 서로 독립하여 변동하며, 제2의 스크루의 회전속도를 제1의 스크루의 회전속도보다 낮게 설정하는 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 인플레이션 필름의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 초고분자량 폴리올레핀의 극한점도〔η〕는 5dℓ/g 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 인플레이션 필름의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항∼제3항 중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 초고분자량 폴리올레핀은 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 인플레이션 필름의 제조방법.
  5. 초고분자량의 폴리올레핀을 제1의 스크루가 장착된 암출기와; L/D가 적어도 5 이상의 스크루다이이며, 압출기의 제1의 스크루와 독립하여 회전하는 제2의 스크루와 상기 제2의 스크루의 단부에 접속되어 제2의 스크루와 함께 회전하는 만드렐과, 만드렐이 삽입된 외측튜브다이와, 가스를 도입하기 위해 제2의 스크루와 만드렐의 내부로 뻗은 통로로 되며, 제2의 스크루의 저부에서 압출기가 결합된 스크루다이로 된 인플레이션 필름의 제조장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 안정봉은 만드렐의 상단부에 접속된 인플레이션 필름의 제조장치.
  7. 두께가 10~1000μm이고, 극한점도(η)가 적어도 7dℓ/g 이상의 초고분자량 폴리올레핀으로 된 인플레이션 필름에 있어서, 파단점 인장강도가 기계방향으로 1660kg/cm2이상, 횡단방향으로 1600kg/cm2이상, 충격강도가 9500kg·cm/cm 이상, 필름의 횡단방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 32개점에서 측정한 최대 두께와 최소 두께의 차로 정의되는 필름 두께의 균일지수인 R치가 10μm 이하의 인플레이션 필름.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 초고분자량 폴리올레핀이 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌인 인플레이션 필름.
