본 발명은 커넥터 조립체 단위 셸에 결합되는 원통형 인장치구 유니트와 상기 원통형 인장치구 유니트 외주면에 원주방향으로 미끄럼가능하게 장착되어있는 절단날 뭉치로 구성 되어있는 예인형 수중음파탐지기의 폴리우레탄 호스 절단장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 커넥터 조립체(19) 단위 셀(80)에 결합되는 원통형 인장치구 유니트(22)와 상기 원통형 인장치구 유니트(22) 외주면에 원주방향으로 미끄럼가능하게 장착되어있는 절단날 뭉치(24)로 구성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 예인형 수중음파탐지기의 폴리우레탄 호스 절단장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 인장치구 유니트(22)는 호스(20)튜빙 작업시 커넥터 조립체(19)의 단위 셀(80)에 연결되어 함께 튜빙되는 인장용 소켓(38), 상기 인장용 소켓(38)이 끼워지며 상기 원통형 인장치구유니트(22)의 몸체를 이루는 슬리브(30), 상기 인장용 소켓(38)과 상기 슬리브(30)의 테이퍼진 내주면 사이의 틈새에 끼워지는 콜릿(34), 상기 콜릿(34)의 끝단 나사부에 나사결합되고 상기 슬리브(30)의 끝단에 볼트 체결된 링(32)에 의해 슬리브(30)와의 축방향 상대 이동이 구속되어 있는 핸들(36)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 예인형 수중음파탐지기의 폴리우레탄 호스 절단장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절단날 뭉치(24)는 볼베어링(52)을 사이에 두고 상기 슬리브(30) 외주면에 원주방향으로 회전가능하며 끝단에 볼트 체결된 링(28)에 의해 상기 슬리브(30)와의 축방향 상대이동이 구속되어있는 환형 브래킷(26), 상기 환형 브래킷(26)의 연장부(54)에 뚫려 있는 개구부(56)에 관통 삽입되어 있는 몸체부(40), 상기 몸체부(40)의 사각단면을 갖는 중공부에 삽입되어 중심 축선상에 끼워져있는 나사축(46)의 회전에 의해 몸체부(40) 축방향 상하로 운동하도록 되어있는 슬라이더(48), 상기 몸체부(40) 끝부분에 볼트 체결되어 있는 캡(42)에 의해 이탈이 방지되어 있는 상기 나사축(46)을 회전시키기 위해 상기 나사축(46) 상단에 형성되어있는 조정핸들(44), 상기 슬라이더(48)의 끝부분에 핀(49)에 의해 회전자유롭게 고정되어 있는 절단날(50)로 구성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 예인형 수중음파탐지기의 폴리우레탄 호스 절단장치.
