Abstract
주위의 온도변화에 관계없이, 코어와 차동(差動)코일의 상대변위량에 따른 일정한 검출치가 얻어지는 차동트랜스를 제공한다.
비자성체(非磁性體)로 이루어지는 원통형의 보빈의 외주면에 1개의 1차 코일(32) 및 2개의 2차 코일(33), (34)을 감은 차동코일(35)과, 상기 차동코일내에 축선방향 이동가능하게 끼워진 자성체로 이루어지는 코어(36)로 구성되고, 상기 코어(36)와 상기 차동코일과의 상태변위량을 검출하는 차동트랜스에 있어서, 상기 2개의 2차 코일을 저항율의 온도계수가 상이한 최소한 2종류의 도선 A과 도선 B과를 소정의 비율로 결선한 복합도선에 의하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차동트랜스이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시형태인 칫수(定寸)장치를 나타낸 측면단면도,
제2도는 본 발명의 실시형태인 차동(差動) 트랜스의 확대도,
제3도는 차동트랜스의 결선(結船)을 나타낸 회로도,
제5도는 도선 B에 의하여 2차 코일이 구성되어 있는 차동트랜스의 온도특성을 나타낸 그래프,
제6도는 본 발명의 실시형태인 차동트랜스의 온도특성을 나타낸 그래프.
Claims (3)
- 비자성체(非磁性體)로 이루어지는 원통형의 보빈의 외주면 또는 내주면에 1개의 1차 코일 및 2개의 2차 코일을 감은 차동(差動)코일과, 상기 차동코일내에 축선방향 이동가능하게 끼워진 자성체로 이루어지는 코어로 구성되고, 상기 코어와 상기 차동코일과의 상대변위량을 검출하는 차동트랜스에 있어서, 상기 2개의 2차 코일을 저항율의 온도계수가 상이한 최소한 2종류의 도선을 소정의 비율로 결선한 복합도선에 의하여 각각 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차동트랜스.
- 비자성체로 이루어지는 원통형의 보빈의 외주면 또는 내주면에 1개의 1차 코일 및 2개의 2차 코일을 감은 차동코일과, 상기 차동코일내에 축선방향 이동가능하게 끼워진 자성체로 이루어지는 코어로 구성되고, 상기 코어와 상기 차동코일과의 상대변위량을 검출하는 차동트랜스에 있어서, 상기 2개의 2차 코일을 저항율의 온도 계수가 4.3×10-3보다 작거나 또는 부(負)의 값을 가지는 도선에 의하여 각각 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차동트랜스.
- 피측정물에 접촉하여 서로 상대변위가능한 1쌍의 필러와, 상기 1쌍의 필러의 상대변위량을 검출하는 차동트랜스를 가지고, 상기 피측정물의 횟수를 측정하는 측정장치에 있어서, 상기 차동트랜스는, 상기 필러의 한쪽에 대하여 고정된 비자성체로 이루어지는 원통형의 보빈의 외주면 또는 내주면에 1개의 1차 코일 및 2개의 2차 코일을 감은 차동코일과, 상기 필러의 다른 쪽에 대하여 고정되어 상기 차동코일내를 축선방향 이동가능하게 끼워진 자성체로 이루어지는 코어로 구성되고, 상기 2개의 2차 코일을 저항율의 온도계수가 상이한 최소한 2종류의 도선을 소정의 비율로 결선한 복합도선에 의하여 각각 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 측정장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
