Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 엔진에서 발생되는 배기가스를 이용하여 엔진의 출력을 증가시키는 터보챠지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 터보챠지 몸체내부에 크랭크 축과 연동되는 구동팬을 설치하여 에어 클리너로부터 강제 유입시키고, 배기관을 통하여 방출되는 배기가스내에 함유된 산소의 검출량에 따라 보조구동팬을 구동시킬 수 있게 함으로써, 충분한 공기량을 연소실로 공급시켜 엔진의 출력을 증가시킬수 있는 터보챠지에 관한 것이다.

(A)는 일반적인 터보챠지가 장착된 엔진,
(B)는 인터쿨러가 부착된 터보챠지가 장착된 엔진,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 터보 시스템이 장착된 엔진의 개략도.

Claims (2)

  1. 터보챠지몸체(20)의 입구부(22)에는 엔진의 크랭크 축(10)에 의해 작동되는 구동팬(24a)이 설치된 구동 수단(21a)이 설치되고, 그것(20)의 내부에는 배기관(30)에 설치된 감지수단(31)의 신호를 받아 작동되는 조절수단(32)에 의해 구동되는 구동팬(24b)이 설치된 구동수단(21b)이 설치되어 있되, 상기 구동수단(21b)은 배기관(30)에서 검지되는 산소량에 따라 선택적으로 회전작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 터보챠지 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단(21a)은 크랭크 축(10)과 벨트(11)로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 터보챠지 시스템.
