Abstract

플라이머 처리를 필요로 하지 않고, 자동차 도장면으로의 사이드카드몰, 파스너, 엔브레임 등과 같은 부품의 양면테이프에 의한 접착, 혹은 도어 새시 흑색 테이프 등의 피착이 가능하게 되는 카복실기/에폭시기 가교형 불소수지계 마무리칠 도료 조성물을 제공한다.
카복실기/에폭시기 가교형 불소수지 도료로 이루어지는 자동차용 마무리칠 도료 조성물로서, 상기 불소수지 도료의 비히클(vehicle) 고형분에 대하여, (1) 이소시아네이트계 화합물 3∼10중량%, 및 (2) 이소시아네이트용 촉매 0.04∼0.05중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 마무리칠 도료 조성물이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 카복실기/에폭시기 가교형 불소수지 도료 조성물로 이루어지는 자동차용 마무리칠 도료 조성물에 있어서, 상기 불소수지 도료의 비히클 고형분에 대하여, (1) 이소시아네이트계 화합물 3∼10중량%, 및 (2) 이소시아네이트용 촉매 0.04∼0.05중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 마무리칠도료 조성물
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카복실기/에폭시기 가교형 불소수지 도료가, 불소원자 함유량 40∼60몰%, 수산기가 100∼200, 산가 10∼30, 수평균분자량 10000∼30000의 함불소계 폴리머를 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 마무리칠 도료 조성물.
