Abstract

폴리에스테르계 수지 10-50중량부, 아미노계 수지 0.1-30중량부, 에폭시계 수지 0.1-30중량부, 안료 0.1-30중량부, 침강방지제 및 평활제 0.1-7중량부, 경화촉매 0.1-2중량부, 폴리올 0.1-10중량부 및 유기용제를 10-50중량부로 구성된 도장 강판 이면용 피막 조성물이 개시되어 있다. 본 발명의 조성물은 광범위한 온도에서 도장 강판 이면의 스티로폴 및 폴리에틸렌 쉬트 부착성, 가공성, 내용제성 및 경도가 모두 우수하므로 산업적으로 매우 유용하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 폴리에스테르계 수지 10-50중량부, 아미노계 수지 0.1-30중량부, 에폭시계 수지 0.1-30중량부, 안료 0.1-30중량부, 침강방지제 및 평활제 0.1-7중량부, 경화촉매 0.1-2중량부, 폴리올 0.1-10중량부 및 유기용제를 10-50중량부를 함유하는 도장 강판 이면용 피막 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아미노계 수지가 메톡시, 에톡시 또는 부톡시기로 치환된 아미노계 수지 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판 이면용 피막 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시계 수지가 아민으로 변성된 수지임을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판 이면용 피막 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올의 수산기가 50 내지 500인 폴리에테르 폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판 이면용 피막 조성물.
