Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 수지 조성물은 (A) 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지 또는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 수지와 비닐 방향족 중합체의 혼합물로 이루어진 폴리페닐렌에테르계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, (B) 인계 난연제로서 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 n의 값이 0.3∼0.8범위인 합성된 아릴포스페이트 올리고머 5∼20중량부와 (C) 플루오로계 수지 0.01∼2.0중량부, 및 (D) 스티렌계 충격보강재 0∼40중량부를 혼합시킨 수지 조성물이다. 상기 수지 조성물은 쥬싱현상이 발생하지 않고 가공성과 내충격성이 우수한 난연성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물이다.

Claims (6)

  1. (A) 100중량부의 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지; (B) 인계 난연제로서 하기 일반식을 갖고 n의 평균값이 0.3 내지 0.8의 범위인 5∼20중량부의 합성된 아릴포스페이트 올리고머;
    상기 식에서, R1, R2, R4, 및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐을 함유하지 않은 C6-C20아릴기 또는 알킬치환된 아릴이고 R3는 히드로키놀 또는 레조시놀 형태임. (C) 0.01∼2.0중량부를 플루오로계 수지, 및 (D) 0∼40중량부의 스티렌계 충격보강재;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지(A)가 비닐 방향족 중합체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지(A)가 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-에틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-메틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2-에틸-6-프로필-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디페닐-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르와 폴리(2,3,6-트리메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르의 공중합체, 및 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르와 폴리(2,3,6-트리메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르와 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 방향족 중합체가 폴리스티렌, 고충격 폴리스티렌, 폴리클로로스티렌, 폴리 알파-메틸스티렌, 및 폴리 t-부틸스티렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플루오르계 수지(C)는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 비닐리덴플루오라이드의 공중합체 , 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 플루오로알킬비닐에테르의 공중합체, 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물이 무기물 첨가제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료, 및/또는 염료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성을 갖는 폴리페닐렌 에테르계 열가소성 수지 조성물.
