Abstract

본 발명은 리어 도어 충격 흡수구조로 차량의 측면 충돌시 리어 도어의 빔 어셈블리가 충분한 강성을 지닌 상태에서 간접적으로 지지하고 있는 패널 쿼터 아웃터의 밀려 들어감을 방지하기 위하여 보강 패널을 장착하여 이루어지는 본 발명은 리어 도어의 패널 리어 도어 아웃터의 내측일측면에 빔 어셈블리를 부착한 빔 어셈블리 플레이트에서 연장 형성된 끝단에 밴딩부를 형성하여 절곡되어 이루어지는 보강 연장편과; 상기 보강 연장편을 형성한 리어 도어의 패널 리어 도어 인너와 직접 접촉되도록 패널 쿼터 아웃터의 외향에 수직 형상으로 돌출 부착되어 측면 충격에 강성을 지니도록 부착한 보강 패널을 포함하여 이루어지는 리어 도어의 충격 흡수구조를 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 리어 도어(10)의 패널 리어 도어 아웃터(11)의 내측 일측면에 빔어셈블리(12)를 부착한 빔 어셈블리 플레이트(13)에서 연장 형성된 끝단에 밴딩부(14)를 형성하여 절곡되어 이루어지는 보강 연장편(15)과; 상기 보강 연장편(15)을 형성한 리어 도어(10)의 패널 리어 도어인너(16)와 직접 접촉되므로 패널 쿼터 아웃터(17)의 외향에 수직 형상으로 돌출 부착되어 측면 충격에 강성을 지니도록 부착한 보강 패널을 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 리어 도어의 충격 흡수구조.
