본 발명은 액정표시장치에 사용되는 인쇄회로기판의 납판과 탭아이씨의 납선에 관해 개시한다. 종래에는 상기 납판과 납선의 모양이 동일하여 탭솔더 작업시 납판상의 솔더크림이 납선에 확산되는 정도가 약했으나 본 발명에 의하여 상기 납판과 납선의 모양을 다르게 함으로 납판상의 솔더크림이 납선으로 많이 확산하기 때문에 납판과 납선의 접착력이 좋아지고 생산수율이 올라간다.The present invention relates to a lead wire of a printed circuit board and a lead IC of a printed circuit board used in a liquid crystal display device.
