Abstract
베이스 필름(33)과, 상기한 베이스 필름(33) 상에 장착되어 있는 테이프 오토메이티드 본딩칩(35)과, 상기한 테이프 오토메이티드 본딩칩(35)에 연결되어 있으며 상기한 베이스 필름(33) 상에 패턴화되어 있는 입력단자(31) 및 출력단자(36)와, 상기한 입력단자(31)가 인쇄회로기판과 납땜될 수 있도록 베이스 필름(33)을 타원형으로 뚫어 놓은 윈도우(32)와, 상기한 테이프 오토메이티드 본딩칩(35)을 감싸고 있는 오버코트(34)로 이루어지며, 바이패스 커패시터가 테이프 캐리어 패키지에 내장되도록 함으로써 액정 표시장치의 전체의 두께를 줄일 수가 있고 작업공정을 단축시킬 수 있도록 하는 효과를 가진 바이패스 커패시터를 내장한 테이프 캐리어 패키지 및 이를 이용한 액정 표시장치를 제공한다.The base film 33 is connected to the base film 33, the tape automated bonding chip 35 mounted on the base film 33, and the tape automated bonding chip 35 described above.
