Abstract

테이프를 공급하는 측의 릴에서 테이프를 감는 측의 릴로 테이프를 감는 릴구동에 의한 테이프주행장치에 관한 것으로서, 테이프를 고속주행에서 정지시킬 때, 테이프를 공급하는 측의 릴의 감기직경을 검출하고 검출한 릴감기직경에 따라서 테이프의 감속도a를 설정하고, 감속도a로 허용속도VL까지 감속한후, 브레이크 등에 의해 테이프주행을 정지시키도록 구성한다.
이러한 구성에 의해 테이프를 손상시키지 않고 허용속도VL을 상회하는 속도에서의 주행을 가능하게 하고 빨리보내기/되감기시간을 단축하는 것이 가능하게 되고, 허용속도VL을 제1고속도V1과 허용속도VL이하의 제2고속도V2의 2개의 주행모드를 구비하는 것에 의해 사용상 편리함의 향상도 도모할 수 있고, 설정한 감속도a에 따라서 최고속도Vmax를 규정하고 최고속도Vmax로 테이프 주행속도를 제한하는 것에 의해 정지명령신호의 입력에서 소정시간t 이내에 테이프주행을 정지시키는 것이 가능하게 된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 테이프를 공급하는 측의 릴에서 테이프를 감는 측의 릴로 테이프를 감는 릴구동에 의한 테이프 주행장치로서, 통상의 재생속도를 대폭으로 상회하는 속도로 테이프를 주행시키는 테이프 주행수단, 테이프 주행속도를 검출하는 테이프속도 검출수단, 공급하는 폭의 릴감기직경값을 검출하는 감기직경 검출수단, 이 감기직경 검출 수단에 의해 검출한 공급하는 측의 릴감기직경값에 따라서 감속도를 설정하는 감속도 설정수단, 정지명령신호의 입력에 응답해서 설정한 감속도로 테이프속도를 감속하는 감속수단 및 정지명령신호의 입력 후 상기 속도검출수단에 의해 검출한 테이프속도가 미리 설정된 속도V이하로 된 경우에 테이프주행을 정지시키는 주행정지수단을 갖는 테이프주행장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 테이프주행수단은 상기 속도V를 초과하는 제1고속도V1로 테이프를 테이프를 주행시키는 제1속도제어수단, 상기 속도V이하의 제2고속도V2로 테이프를 주행시키는 제2속도제어수단 및 속도전환명령신호의 입력에 응답해서 이 제1과 제2속도제어수단을 전환하는 속도전환수단에 의해 구성되는 테이프주행 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감속도 설정수단에 의해 설정된 감속도로 소정시간t만큼 감속할 때의 속도변화량△V(t)를 산출하는 속도변화량 산출수단 및 이 속도변화량△V(t)와 상기 속도V의 가산값을 최대주행속도 Vmax로 해서 테이프 주행속도를 제한하는 속도제한수단을 더 갖는 테이프주행장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 감속도 설정수단에 의해 설정된 감속도로 소정시간t만큼 감속할 때의 속도변화량△V(t)를 산출하는 속도변화량 산출수단 및 이 속도 변화량△V(t)와 제2고속도V2의 가산값을 최대주행속도Vmax로 해서 테이프주행속도를 제한하는 속도제한수단을 더 갖는 테이프주행장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 제1고속도V1 또는 제2고속도V2로 주행하고 있을때, 고속주행명령신호의 입력마다 상기 제1속도제어수단과 제2속도제어수단을 전환하는 속도전환신호를 생성하는 신호생성수단을 더 갖는 테이프주행장치 .
