Abstract

액정 표시소자의 셀갭을 유지하는 스페이서가 액정 표시소자의 내부 전면에 도포됨에 따라 유효픽셀을 지나는 빛이 스페이서로 인해 광산란됨으로써 액정 표시소자의 컨트라스트 비가 저하되는 것을 방지하기 위하여, 유리기판의 일측면으로 적층되는 투명도전막 및 배향막을 포함하여 형성된 액정 표시소자의 기판부가 그 내측으로 배치되는 밀폐용기와; 이 밀폐용기의 외측으로 설치되어 일정 극성의 전하가 부가된 스페이서가 수용되는 수용용기와; 이 수용용기에 연결되는 동시에 상기 밀폐용기에 관통설치되는 분사부와; 이 분사부에 전기적으로 연결되어 고전압을 발생시키는 변압기과; 상기 수용용기에 이송관으로 연결되어 상기 수용용기에 부가되는 가압가스가 저장된 저장탱크와; 상기 기판부에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 스페이서가 띠는 극성 전하에 따라 동일극성 또는 반대극성의 전하를 부가하는 발전기가 포함되어 이루어지는 액정 디스플레이의 스페이서 도포시스템을 제공하여, 스페이서로 인한 광산란을 막아 액정 표시소자의 컨트라스비를 증가시킬 수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 유리기판의 일측면으로 적층되는 투명도전막 및 배향막을 포함하여 형성된 액정 표시소자의 기판부가 그 내측으로 배치되는 밀페용기와; 이 밀폐용기의 외측으로 설치되어 일정 극성의 전하가 부가된 스페이서가 수용되는 수용용기와; 이 수용용기에 연결되는 동시에 상기 밀폐용기에 관통설치되는 분사부와; 이 분사부에 전기적으로 연결되어 고전압을 발생시키는 변압기과; 상기 수용용기에 이송관으로 연결되어 상기 수용용기에 부가되는 가압가스가가 저장된 저장탱크와; 상기 기판부에 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 스페이서가 띠는 극성 전하에 따라 동일극성 또는 반대극성의 전하를 부가하는 발전기가 포함되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이의 스페이서 도포시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발전기는 상기 기판부의 유리기판에 일정패턴으로 형성된 투명도전막에 각기 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 스페이서가 띠는 극성과 동일극성의 전하를 부가하게 됨을 특징으로 액정 디스플레이의 스페이서 도포시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발전기는 상기 기판부의 유리기판과 배향막 사이에 삽입되는 칼라필터에 보유된 블랙매트리스부에 각기 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 스페이서가 띠는 극성과 반대극성의 전하를 부가하게 됨을 특징으로 액정 디스플레이의 스페이서 도포시스템.
