Abstract

클러치 디스크(1)에 있어서, 작은 코일 스프링(6)은 허브(2)의 플랜지(2b)와 보조판(5) 사이에 상대적인 회전으로 압축될 수 있도록 배치되어 있다.
플로트 러버(30)는 상기한 작은 코일 스프링(6)내에 배치되어 있으며, 플랜지(2b)와 보조판(5)으로부터 간격을 띄우고 있는 반대측 단부를 갖는다.
큰 코일 스프링(7)은 보조판(5)에 대한 플레이트들(3)(4)의 회전으로 압축될 수 있도록 배치되어 있으며, 그리고 상기한 작은 코일 스프링(6)의 강성보다도 더 강한 강성을 갖는다.

제2도는 제1도에서 화살표 Ⅱ방향에서 바라본 클러치 디스크 어셈블리의 부분 절개 단면도이다
제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 그려진 클러치 디스크 어셈블리로부터 분리되어 보여진 허브의 정면도이다
제5도는 제1도에 그려진 클러치 디스크 어셈블리에서 허브,제1,2마찰와셔들, 그리고 제1,2원뿔형 스프링들을 조금 확대하여 보여주는 횡단면도이다
제13도는 제2도에 묘사된 클러치 디스크 어셈블리의 허브의 일부분 그리고, 관련된 구성요소들을 조금 확대한 단부이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 첫번째 회전부재와; 상기한 첫번째 회전부재에 대하여 상대적으로 회전하는 두번째 회전부재와; 상기한 첫번째 및 두번째 회전부재 사이에서 상대적인 회전긍로 압축되는 코일 스프링과; 상기한 첫번째 및 두번째회전부재들로부터 이격되는 반대측 단부를 갖으며 상기한 코일 스프링 내에 배치되는 탄성바디와; 상기한 두번째 회전부재에 대하여 상대적으로 회전하는 세번째 회전부재와; 그리고 상기한 코일 스프링보다 더 큰 강성을 갖으며 상기한 두번째 및 세번째 회전부재들 사이에서 상대적인 회전으로 압축되는 탄성부재를 포함하는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 탄성바디는 원통형상으로 이루어지는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서, 탄성바디는 탄성적으로 변경 가능한 바디와 이 바디에 반대측단이 고정되는 시이트부로 이루어지는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  4. 청구항 3에 있어서, 바디는 러버로 만들어지는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서, 두번째 회전부재는 첫번째 회전부재의 반경방향 외측으로 배치되며, 첫번째 및 두번째 회전부재들은 반경방향으로 연장되는 기어 이들과 대응하여 결합되는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서, 첫번째 및 두번째 회전부재는 코일 스프링과 탄성바디가 대응하는 홈내로 삽입되는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  7. 청구항 1에 있어서, 디스크 어셈블리는 코일 스프링의 반대측 단부에, 그리고 시이트 부재로부터 이격된 탄성바디의 반대측 단부에 배열되는 시이트 부재들을 더욱 더 포함하는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  8. 청구항 1에 있어서, 디스크 어셈블리는 세번째 회전부재가 첫번째 및 두번째 회전부재들의 반대측에 배치된 상태에서 이 첫번째 및 두번째 회전부재들의 일측에 배치되는 1쌍의 네번째 회전부재를 더욱 포함하며, 상기한 세번째 및 네번째 회전부재들은 첫번째 및 두번째 회전부재들에 대하여 제한된 회전변위를 위하여 서로 고정되는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
  9. 청구항 8에 있어서, 디스크 어셈블리는 첫번째 및 두번째 회전부재들과 결합되며 세번째와 네번째 회전부재들 사이에서 배치되는 히스테리시스 마찰 어셈블리를 더욱 포함하며, 상기한 마찰 어셈블리는 첫번째 회전부재와 세번째 회전부재들 사이의 상대적인 회전 변위에 응하여 마찰을 야기시키고, 두번째 회전부재와 세번째 회전부재들 사이의 상대적인 회전변위에 응하여 마찰을 야기시키며, 두번째 회전부재와 첫번째 회전부재들 사이의 상대적인 회전변위에 응하여 마찰을 야기시키는 댐퍼 디스크 어셈블리.
