Abstract

각종 팬의 소음제거장치는 각종 팬의 날개주위에서 발생되는 난류성분에 의한 불안정모드의 증폭을 방지하도록 해당위치에 극소형 전기기계장치가 설치되어 난류성분을 상쇄시키도록 한다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따른 극소형 전기기계장치의 구조를 보인 단면도,
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 극소형 전기기계장치의 구성을 보인 블록선도,
제4도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 극소형 전기기계장치가 축류팬 또는 프로펠라팬 날개의 소정위치에 설치된 상태를 보인 도면,
제5도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 극소형 전기기계장치가 원심팬 또는 시로코팬 날개의 소정위치에 설치된 상태를 보인 도면,
제6도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 극소형 전기기계장치가 크로스유동팬 날개의 소정위치에 설치된 상태를 보인 도면이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 각종 팬의 소음저감장치에 있어서, 집적회로를 구비하고 박막형의 실리콘 가공필름으로 제조되는 극소형전기기계장치를 날개의 소정부위에 하나 이상 설치하여 비선형 불안정모드가 증폭되지 않도록 하므로 난류에 의한 에너지 증폭을 방지하고 이산소음, 소역밴드소음과 광역밴드소음을 감소시키도록 구성시킨 소음저감장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 소음저감장치가 각종 팬 날개의 소정부위에 설치되어 압력 및 풍속변동에 따른 난류유동을 검출하는 센서부; 센서부로부터의 신호를 분석하여 난류유동에 반하는 신호를 발생시키는 연산처리부와; 연산처리부로부터의 신호에 근거하여 진동하는 진동액츄에이터들을 일체식의 박막구조로 이루어지게 한 소음저감장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 극소형 전기기계장치가 진동액츄에이터로 구성되게 한 소음저감장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 극소셩 전기기계장치 대신 소정 무게를 가진 소정수의 돌기가 날개주위에 배열되도록 하여 날개주위에서 발생되는 유동을 제어하는 소음저감장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 극소형 전기기계장치가 열교환기에 팬날개의 소정부위에 설치되어 날개의 불안정모드를 증폭하므로 에너지전달을 촉진하도록 한 소음저감장치.
