Abstract

본 발명은 쿠숀시트의 힌지구조에 관한 것으로 종래에는 두개의 "L"자형 고정대와 하나의 축으로 결합되어 있는 힌지로 쿠숀시트를 플로어에 결합시킴으로 해서 자유로이 회전은 가능하나 쿠숀시트를 플로어에 분리해 낼 수가 없어 차내의 실내공간을 최대한 활용하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 예시도면 제5도와 같이 "L"자형 고정대에 형성되어 있는 힌지축에 의해 종래와 같은 쿠숀시트(28)의 회전을 자유롭게 할 수 있도록 하고 힌지축(26)과 결합하는 캐치록몸체(30)에는 별도의 회전축(12)과 스토퍼(16)를 형성하고 하부에 걸고리형의 캐치부(18)가 형성되었으며 내측 상부에 고무패킹(20)이 부착되어 있고 캐치부(18)의 상부에 손잡이(14)가 형성되어 캐치록몸체(30)를 형성한 것이며 캐치록몸체(30)로 구성되어 있는 본 발명을 이용하여 쿠숀시트(28)를 결합했을 경우 먼저 캐치부(18)의 손잡이(14)를 위로 당기면 회전축(12)을 중심으로 회전되어 힌지축(26)으로부터 캐치부(18)가 간단하게 이탈되므로 쿠숀시트(28)를 들어올려서 등받이시트와 함께 외부로 빼내어 자동차 실내의 공간을 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 상하 두개의 "L"자형 고정대로 이루어진 힌지부에 있어서, 상측 "L"자형 고정대(10)의 캐치록 몸체(30)에는 회전축(12)과 손잡이(14)가 형성되어 있고 스토퍼(16)와 캐치부(18)가 형성되어 있으며 캐치부(18) 내측 상단에 고무패킹(20)이 부착되어 있는 구조를 특징으로 하는 탈착이 용이한 회전식 쿠숀시트의 힌지구조.
