Abstract

본 발명은 완두단백질(PEA PROTEIN ISOLATE), 콩단백질, 탈지분유 중 어느 하나를 물에 용해시켜 이를 벙커C유 등의 중질유중에 유화분산시켜 유중수적형 연료유를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 완두단백질(PEA PROTEIN ISOLATE), 탈지분유, 콩단백질 중 어느 하나를 사용하여 0.05∼0.001%의 수용액으로 만든 다음 이를 중질유와 교반, 에멀젼화시켜 중질유중에 수분 함량이 10∼50%가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 유중수적형 연료유의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명 방법으로 만들어진 유중수적형 연료유는 장기간 보유하여도 수분의 분리가 없고 또한 제조방법이 간단하여 어느 곳에서나 손쉽게 만들어 연소시킬 수 있어 에너지의 절감 효과는 물론 공해방지 차원에서도 획기적인 에멀젼유를 얻을 수 있는 효과 등이 있다.

  1. 완두단백질(PEA PROTEIN ISOLATE), 탈지분유, 콩단백질 중 어느 하나를 사용하여 0.05∼0.001%의 수용액으로 만든 다음 이를 중질유와 교반, 에멀젼화시켜 중질유중에 수분 함량이 10∼50%가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 유중수적형 연료유의 제조방법.
