Claims (11)
- 하기 일반식(I)로 표현되는 신규 항진균성 항생물질.상기 식에서, R1, R2및 R3는 같거나 다른 것으로 수소, -OH, Cl∼G의 알킬기, C5∼C20의 알릴기 또는 C2∼C6의 알킬렌기이고, /, m 및 n은 각각 1∼3의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1, R2는 R3는 -OH이고,l은 3, m은 2, n은 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질.
- 항진균성 활성을 갖는 신규 바실러스 속(BaCillus sp.) SY-414 미생물(KCCM-10043).
- 바실러스 속(Bacillus sp.) SY-414 균주를 애체배지에서 배양하고, 배양액을 원심분리하여 배양상등액을 에틸 아세데이트로 추출하고, 용매층을 모아 용매를 제거한 후, 용매가 제거된 농축 활성부분을 모아 용매에 용해시켜 컬럼 크로마토그라피를 행하고, 용매를 제거한 후 농축 활성부분을 용매에 용해시켜 또 다시 컬럼 크로마토그라피를 행하고, 활성부분을 모아 용매를 제거한 후 물에 용해시켜 동결건조하고, 얻어진 분말 상태의 항생물질을 용배에 용해시커 4℃ 냉장실에 방치시켜 결정화함을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질의 생산 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 액체배지는 탄소원으로서 가용성 전분, 클루코오스, 자일로오스 또는 만니톨 중 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질의 생산 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 액체배지는 질소원으로서 육즙, 효모 추출액, 펩톤 또는 소이빈 중1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질의 생산 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 액체배지는 무기염류원으로서 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 황산마그네슘, 염화칼륨 도는 인산칼륨 중 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질의 생산 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 온도 25℃-35℃, 배지 pH 6-9, 호기적 조건하에서 48-96시간 진탕배양함을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질의 생산 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 컬럼 크로마토그라피는 실리카겔 컬럼 크로마토그라피 및 세파덱스 LH-20 컬림 크로마토그라피인 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질의 생산 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 실리카겔 컬럼 크로마토그라피를 행할 때의 용매는 메탄올이고, 세파텍스 LH-20 컬럼 크로마토그라피를 행할 때의 용매는 디클로로메탄 : 메탄올(1 : 5) 혼합액인 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 항생물질의 생산 방법.
- 제1항의 항생물질을 유효 성분으로 하는 조성물.
