Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 곡면 발광램프 조립체에 관한 것으로, 차체의 모서리부에 취부된 리어 콤비네이션 램프 또는 프론트 시그널 램프로서 적용되는 램프 조립체(1)의 외측 커버(5)가 차체 후면 또는 전면으로부터 측면까지 횡으로 연장되어 있는 랩 어라운드형 곡면 발광램프에 있어서, 전구 벌브(6)를 수용하고 포물면 반사경(3)이 형성되어 있으며 이 포물면 반사경의 일측부로부터 절곡되어 상기 외측커버(5)를 따라 차체의 측면부로 일정길이 연장된 램프 하우징(2)과; 이 하우징(2)과 외측커버(5) 사이의 측면연장부(4)내에 고정되며, 상부면이 포물면으로 형성되고 구(球)입체각을 갖는 도광렌즈입구부(C)와, 상기 외측커버(5)에 대향한 면에 다수의 오목한 홈(8)이 형성된 절곡부(B)와, 그리고 하우징의 측면연장부(4)에 대향한 면에 걸쳐 다수의 원추형 노치(9)가 형성된 수평연장부(A)를 포함하는 도광렌즈판(7)을 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면 랩 어라운드형 램프조립체의 측면연장부위까지 벌브의 빛이 전달가능하게 되어 밝기가 향상되고, 이에 의해 차체의 측면에서 보았을때 코너부가 균일한 광도를 가지고 은은하게 발광되어 차량의 외관 스타일을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 차체의 모서리부에 취부된 리어 콤비네이션 램프 또는 프론트 시그널 램프로서 적용되는 램프 조립체(1)의 외측 커버(5)가 차체 후면 또는 전면으로부터 측면까지 횡으로 연장되어 있는 랩 어라운드형 곡면 발광램프에 있어서, 전구 벌브(6)를 수용하고 포물면 반사경(3)이 형성되어 있으며 이 포물면 반사경의 일측부로부터 절곡되어 상기 외측커버(5)를 따라 차체의 측면부로 일정길이 연장된 램프 하우징(2)과; 이 하우징(2)과 외측커버(5) 사이의 측면연장부(4)내에 고정되며, 상부면이 포물면으로 형성되고 구(球)입체각을 갖는 도광렌즈입구부(C)와, 상기 외측커버(5)에 대향한 면에 다수의 오목한 홈(8)이 형성된 절곡부(B)와, 그리고 하우징의 측면연장부(4)에 대향한 면에 걸쳐 다수의 원추형 노치(9)가 형성된 수평연장부(A)를 포함하는 도광렌즈판(7)을 구비한 자동차의 곡면 발광램프 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측커버(5)는 투명 또는 반투명이 프라스틱재나 유리재로 성형되고, 이 커버(5)의 내측면에는 빛의 균일한 투사효과를 얻기 위해 다수의 오목면이나 볼록면이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광렌즈를 구비한 자동차의 곡면 발광램프 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 램프 하우징(2)의 측면연장부(4)상의 전체면에 걸쳐 광반사용 흰색 페인트층(W)이 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광렌즈를 구비한 자동차의 곡면 발광램프 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도광렌즈판(7)은 유리재 또는 투명 플라스틱으로 성형되고, 그 광선입구부(C)로부터 수평연장부(A)의 끝단까지의 길이방향 단면두께가 점차 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광렌즈를 구비한 자동차의 곡면 발광램프 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈(7)의 수평연장부(A)의 길이방향을 따른 렌즈후면에 형성된 다수의 원추형오목부(9)의 꼭지점 모시리각은 60°이고 밑면의 직경은 0.7㎜로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광렌즈를 구비한 자동차의 곡면 발광램프 조립체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도광렌즈 입구부(C)의 렌즈단면, 두께는 8㎜로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도광렌즈를 구비한 자동차의 곡면 발광램프 조립체.
