Abstract

본 발명은 마모를 감소시키는 회전 핀이 장치된 주물사 에어레이션장치에 관한 것으로 이 장치는 평면 부분이 있는 붕형 핀을 형성하도록 회전 샤프트의 축과 관련하여 15~25도만큼 회전 방향으로 오프셋된 평면 h에 대해 수직으로 각각이 컷 아웃된 봉형 회전 핀으로 구성된다.

Claims (1)

  1. 적절한 간격으로 배치된 정치식 원통형 본체⑷이 하부 주변에 걸친 다수의 봉형 정치식 핀⑸, 원통형 본체⑷의 중앙부분에 배치된 고속 회전 수직 샤프트⑺, 수직 샤프트⑺상에 설치된 봉형 장치식 핀⑸에 의해 형성된 원의 내부 지름보다 약간 작은 지름을 갖는 맞춤 원형판⑽, 및 회전 핀⑾의 상부 단부가 장치식 핀의 상부 부분으로 연장되는 맞춤 원형판의 주변에서 윗쪽으로 연장된 다수의 봉형 회전핀⑾으로 구성되는 주물사 에어레이션 장치에 있어서, 각각의 상기 회전핀⑾이 평평한 부분을 구비한 봉형 핀을 구비하도록 수직 샤프트⑺에 대해 15~25도만큼 회전 방향으로 오프셋된 지점둘레의 중앙에 위치되는 평면⒣을 따라 수직으로 컷아웃되는 것을 특징으로 하는 주물사 에어레이션 장치.
